Service was mediocre at best even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. We wanted Italian subs and asked for them to be toasted. Apparently they don’t toast at this location. I’m not sure how a sandwich restaurant doesn’t have the means to toast a sandwich. Two sandwiches, two bags of chips, drinks, and when I asked for a bag to carry them I got a blank look. Go somewhere else unless you want mediocrity.

Jimmy Johns is the worst. The most tasteless, boring, dry EXPENSIVE piece of crap I’ve ever eaten! Jimmy chips so hard they’ll knock a tooth out! Never again!

I’ve given this Jimmy John’s plenty of chances to redeem itself. This place forgets parts of the order almost every time we order. Today the delivery got up to an hour an no food so we decided to call. They gave an excuse about the roads and told us the food would be there shortly. Another hour passed and we decided to call again. The person that answered was incredibly rude to my wife. He also said the driver called numerous times which we had no calls or voicemails. Then he said he knocked on the door which we live in an apartment and at the door, which we specifically stated in the special instructions section, is a buzzer to our apartment which wasn’t rung at all. We have had enough of this location. It’s sad because it should be easy when we don’t want to go out. But no this location has been more of a problem then anything. AVOIDTHISLOCATIONATALLCOSTS!

Meh. Staff is very unenthusiastic let’s say. I guess the only real problem was that I asked for very light dressing due to medical problems I have, yet my wrap was drenched in sauce. The food preparation person just waved my wrap and kept chatting with others. No name, no indication who is she handing it too(there were others inside). Lastly she yelled«hey» at me which I took as a sign that the food belongs to me. Pretty awkward. I’ll probably go again because they have cheap, decent lettuce wraps but my experience wasn’t very good

2 stars because the guy on the phone was polite. They don’t deliver 2 miles away. So much for boasting the greatest delivery service.

Figuring it was just an off-day for the delivery crew last time I was here, I thought I would give this place a shot again. Whoops. When I walked in, there were no other customers in the building. The cashier was eating food behind the counter and the other employee was handling cold cuts of meat with her bare hands. Despite this, I ordered a sandwich, anyway. They promptly delivered on their promise of a sub so fast I’d freak by taking over five minutes to make me the wrong sandwich.

This Jimmy John’s is not very different than any other JJs. When I am in the mood for a Gargantuan, I stop here sometimes. No surprises and a decent value. The biggest problem with Jimmy John’s is that have no hot food of nay kind. So in the winter time, I pretty much stay away. if they offered soups or some hot sandwiches I would go more often.

Love Jimmy John’s sandwiches! Food is great! We ordered platters for 2 different occasions(morning of, pre-wedding activities for the wedding party). Platters were great, and made to order. I forgot to pre-order and they were able to make 230 platters within an hour for us. However, pretty disappointed that they won’t deliver to us at Wattles & John R… which is 2 miles away.

Crappy service. I went in yesterday with only one customer ahead of me and no one behind me. We weren’t greeted, just asked for our order. We got the Vito and when requested«hot peppers on the side», we were told«we can’t do that». What sandwich place can’t do hot peppers ONTHESIDE?! The dude with the glasses who made our sandwich couldn’t even hand me my sandwich, just left it on the counter and the receipt dropped to the floor so he could go back to whatever he was doing(mind you, there’s no one else behind us… It could have waited). I thought that was rude. And they don’t ask if it’s for ‘here or to go’ so they can bag it for you. No ‘thank you’ for your business or ‘have a nice day’ when leaving either, they just stared us down as we were walking out the door. They really want you in and out. The Van Dyke JJ’s has a lot better service. For some, it’s worth the drive for quality customer service. If it wasn’t for the damn Vito, they wouldn’t get any stars.

LOL — I love and second everything about Dana L.‘s review. But to give my own personal recap — All Jimmy Johns are the same, basically. Amazing bread, simple menu, and freaky fast. Going, as mentioned, with some of Dana L.‘s fine observations — they can get a little mayo-happy. And yes, give me a damn second to look at the menu, don’t ask me my order when I am only two steps inside the door. I see the register, I will approach it and order when I am ready. Always clean, always friendly, and always exactly what you ask for. And, dat bread…

Poor customer service. Employees act as if you are a nuisance when you ask for simple things(receipt, a bag for your sub). Avoid this JJ if you can

3 strikes — you’re out! WARNING!!! HAIRYFOOD!!! I’ve dined at other locations and had a wonderful experience every time but for some reasons this location isn’t up to par. The bread was stale and too hard to bite into. The delivery guy was rude, I’m a good tipper — his loss! Before I ordered a third time from this location I let them know that my last two orders had hard bread. The«manager» was rude and insisted the bread was fresh. When I got home to eat my sandwich I found a dark curly hair in my bite of food after spitting it out. Upon investigating the rest of my sandwich I found 2 more short dark curly hairs. The manager didn’t have short dark curly hair(on his head) so I can only guess where they came from. The bread was dry too. Needless to say, I will not be ordering Jimmy John’s again and I suggest you don’t order from this location either. ***** UPDATE ***** After writing a letter to the Jimmy John’s headquarters I received a gift card for $ 10. While I appreciate the gesture, I still gave the gift card to a friend. It would take at least $ 100 gift card and a personal letter of apology for me to risk finding pubic hair in my food again. Just thinking about it makes my stomach turn.

Jimmy Johns… Freaky Fast. Freaky Good… really, who came up with that slogan. I love sub sandwiches, one of my many weaknesses and as fast food goes Jimmy Johns is high on my list, way above Subway. So here is my first Pro /Con review Pros’s Fresh bread Fresh ingredients Made to order Dill Pickles… and who doesn’t love pickles Good variety of Chips Cookies.nuf said Very clean bathroom Cons’ Why do you people always shout at me when I walk in the door ? I should not have to say light mayo every time. Because if I forget… way to much Too Freaky Fast… don’t rush me… let me give the order to the cashier first before you start making it Coke products… I prefer Pepsi Loud music in the dining area The parking at this location can be a little crazy. watch it backing out. So a three star above, but on a good day they can slid up to a 4 star. I still don’t get the freaky part ??

Another crappy Jimmy John’s experience. Ok… stopped in to grab a sandwich to take back to the office. My office is less than 5 minutes away. They put SOOOOO much vinegar on my Italian Night Club that when I picked it up the entire bottom was a soggy mess and fell apart. If I would have had enough time to go back I would have, but I didn’t. It sucked, and now I guess I will have to take them off my list of places to go…

We wanted to feed our moving people and had already done the pizza route the first day, so decided JJ subs were on the menu for day two. We called to order for delivery, but the girl on the phone asked if we wanted take-out or pickup. Huh? Isn’t that the same thing? We asked for delivery and she wasn’t sure if they delivered. HUH? WHAT? Was this her first day on the job? So she had to put us on hold while she asked her manager. Okay, whatever, she came back and got our address then had to put us on hold again to make sure we were in the area(I knew we were because I’ve seen JJ deliver across the street but whatever). So we got the okay, placed our order for five sandwiches, and honestly before I even really thought about it, the order was delivered. Holy cow was that fast. Impressive.
