Sad to see what has become of this store. We entered the I-75 doors right after they opened today. The store was an absolute wreck. Tons of coats and clothes all over the floor, a dumped coffee from some prior day. I didn’t feel like being there let alone spending money. As an added insult, I am disabled and there was no way to get to anything I wanted to see because of he mountains of merchandise all over the floors. Close this store. It’s a disgrace.

Avoid like the plague. I went in there with all intentions to sign up for a 200-person wedding registry, and both of the customer service reps told me they couldn’t attend me because«they weren’t even supposed to be working there.» After a couple of minutes of them bouncing me back-and-forth to each other, I walked out. Taking my business to places that actually act like they want it – it’s been real, Macy’s, but it’s time for us to break up.

I can not go to Macy’s without stopping to get a Maurice Salad(classic!). And a cup of Chicken Wild Rice soup(love in a cup). But, I would really like to know who made the ingenious decision to discontinue the sale of CRACKERS?! Macy’s Taste Bar offers four types of soup today… all delicious. But, some decision maker sent down a ruling that this…“no taste, no smell”, spongy bread is better than serving crackers. On behalf of soup lovers every where, I feel a responsibility to complain! And, if I had more time form a small revolution against this craziness. Some things can’t be changed… PB&J, Mac n Cheese, Tom & Jerry… SOUPANDCRACKERS!!! Get it together Macy’s…

I honestly love this macys because of how nice all the staff are. They are all very friendly and willing to help. The store is never too crowded, so it’s easy in easy out. The store is also very clean compared to some of the other ones in the area. Overall, it’s still my favorite Macy’s around.

Jewelry and watch sales section staff wasn’t professional and do not maintain good customer service. They were helped when the product sell but after then they don’t care customers inquiry and seem not friendly any more.

I’m a big believer in the middle way. Not too high, not too low, just right. When it comes to clothing and housewares, Macy’s is a good middle way for me. There is an ample selection of items of adequate(and I do not use that word pejoratively) quality: not cheap and not beyond my budget. I’ve been to a few Macy’s stores in the area and this one feels the most comfortable. The surrounding mall is not as glitzy as some others in the area. The staff is nice(all whom I’ve encountered seem easy-going with a good sense of humor). This gives the store a relaxed vibe that improves my shopping experience; anything that can do that(especially when I’m looking for clothes — not my favorite thing to do) is good.

I’m only rating a 4 because literally the only reason I visit this store is to see Laura at the Clinique counter. She is great and I highly recommend her for any and all of your Clinique needs.

To be honest, I mostly shop at the cosmetic counters and buy wedding gifts at Macy’s. The particular Macy’s is about average. The place never seems to be crowded, so I can generally get in and out without much of a hassle.

Needed a suit and shoes, the suit selection here is huge. Lots of designers, colors, and don;t forget the tie and dress shirt departments! The assistant who helped me was fantastic, helped me make a choice, what more could I ask? A huge sale was going on, got a Kenneth Cole suite for $ 120! Great experience.
