The employees can’t keep up with the line of customers. I have walked past several times and the line has been very long. The showcase window has been very scarce. Ordered two chocolate fudge brownies. Costed nearly $ 8. Brownies were very small and hard. The frosting was hard as a rock. I thought I was going to break a tooth. Not that impressive. I was hoping for a fresh soft brownie. Not worth the line or price. The mall lacks snack places though.

Really like Mrs. Field’s cookies, but just like all of these mall novelty shops, they are just waaay OVERpriced!

Great cookies. Nice people. One of the cookies was kind of stinky though. My wife smiled through it. shes a prideful woman.

Worst place to work for. They got shut down by health department for several days, and the owner makes sick workers work. Workers have dropped cookies on the floor and just put them back with the other cookies to sell when customers were’t looking. The owner also takes money out of employees check for a unpaid break even if they never took one so he doesn’t have to pay workers any more than he has too. When you work there you either get over-worked or one day a week, no in-between. The cookies are just frozen dough balls and have a bunch of nasty fake ingredients. You would be better off making homemade cookies, unless you want to eat cookies with a bunch of chemicals in them. The cookies and brownies are not worth the rip off price they are. Working here for sure made me want to do even better in college just to make sure I don’t get stuck working at places like this for the rest of my life.

HORRIBLECUSTOMEREXPERIENCE! Do yourself a favor… visit your local grocery store, buy a roll of Pillsbury cookie dough, make your own cookies and thank your lucky chocolate chips that you didn’t have to interact with the young ladies that work at this location. If you think I’m wrong, take your chances but be prepared for a chaotic experience guided by argumentative and lying associates. I seriously hope this place gets shut down and never opens again.

After 11 years my son,(while I’m placing his bakery order) tells me he doesn’t like birthday cake. Three days before his 12th birthday, I’m at a loss for an edible way to celebrate his birth. Kim at the Mrs. Fields in Somerset Collection truly came to my rescue. She was both patient and thorough. For $ 21.99, the large chocolate chip cookie feeds 10 – 12 people and can be decorated with the colors and wording that matches your occasion. My son’s «birthday cookie» order was not only accepted with less than 24 hours notice, it was fresh, delicious and beautifully decorated. Mrs. Fields has definitely started a new tradition in our family.
