Ordered a to-go order on January 23 and went to the outside carry out to pick it up. The man who brought it out was very friendly and reassured us that he had double checked our order. We tipped him and came home. The order was missing an order of shrimp that was 10.99. I called the restaurant and told them of the mistake. The lady said I could come back. I told her I was already home and she said she would send me a refund. Today I got a coupon for a free appetizer to use when I purchase an entrée’. What a crock. They basically stole my money and said«here’s a worthless appetizer and you have to spend more money to get it» Bad move Outback. Pretty shitty customer service for a &75 order.

The resturant should be open at 4pm if the sign says Monday-Friday 4pm-10pm. I pulled in at 3:55pm, decided to wait a few moments, walked up to the door at 4:03pm only to find the doors were still locked. I dont have time to wait around when Im on my break.

It’s an Outback, so the food is what you’d expect. I’ve come here probably 10 times because I work some weekends in Troy. I always sit at the bar and the bartenders are always seemingly overworked/overwhelmed. Tonight, bartender was frazzled and complained, loudly and in front of customers, about having to make drinks. Let that settle in. I don’t know who to blame. Management? Perhaps they’re chronically understaffed. I was going to stay and order more drinks(hotel is across street so I don’t have to drive), but I’m not going to order a drink from a bartender who is loudly complaining about having to make drinks.

2 of our 3 steaks were cooked perfectly. Our filet was really overcooked. Sent it back, it took a long time, when they brought the steak back out it was missing one of the sides. Took forever for refills and to get our bill. When we finally got our bill(they took nothing off for the overcooked steak) we were charged 16.99 for a meal that was advertised for 15.99. I pointed this out to the manager, she walked away to check into it, after being gone for more than 10 min, she comes back and gives me a receipt that shows a $ 1 credit but then tells me she had to refund the whole bill and needs to charge it again, she needed my card. Never received a receipt showing the full refund, had to go back in to get this, only to wait an additional 6 min for a hostess or anyone to come up to me. I ended up having to walk clear across the restaurant to get the manager to ask for copy of my receipt that showed the refund. What should have taken 5 minutes total, took well over 20. I never even got the feeling they were sorry for all of the hassle. I continue to give toys location chances, I’m done. Miller lane’s service is a million times better.

We were seated quickly by a friendly hostess, our waitress was nice and took our order quickly, someone came by once our salads were there and we didn’t have silverware and they went and got it in less than minute. My wife and I got steaks and our little girl got the mac and cheese and it was all very good. We went on a Sunday afternoon after a stressful morning and we have great service and food.

Here from California. Sat without service for 15 minutes I had to get someone to help us. The manager came to our table got our drinks and appetizer. The appetizer came to the table not what we ordered. Had to wait longer for right one. Waiter was nice and so was manager but service was slow and our drinks were left unfilled for quite sometime. Food was average. They very much were apologetic with the bill. Took most of our food off the bill. When I visit(home) again I will try this place again maybe next time will be better! Grandpa said 4 stars because the manager was very nice and cute.

Ate a meal at the bar here one night. The bartender«Linda» was extremely attentive and provided great service. You could tell she took extreme pride in her job. The food was well prepared and the beer was cold!

We should have left when we opened 4 sets of napkins and found dirty silverware in 3 of the 4. They had been washed, but had crusty parts. We told the waitress and she said that they had been having trouble with their dishwasher. We did not leave. I had a good steak dinner. My wife had ribs that were dried out and missing the asparagas which the waitress said had slid onto the floor. We asked for a replacement for the ribs and we’re told they all were like that. So the manager offered her a filet as a replacement which turned out to a good choice. We had dessert which was good. When we got the bill the $ 13.99 ribs were taken off and we were charged 19.99 for the filet. We asked the waitress about this and she said she thought it was wrong — we should not have been charged for the filet. I asked to see the manager and he then adjusted the bill. We will not go back. Who knows what really goes on in the back of the restuarant?

AWFUL. Have given this place more than one try and each time it gets worse. The first time the service was terrible, there was chewing gum stuck in the menus, my well done steak was dripping with blood, I could go on and on but I will skip to the final. I ordered the Porterhouse PORKchops and she asked how I’d like it done. You are only supposed to eat Pork well cooked, so that’s what I said. The lighting is always low in there and I have poor vision anyway so I didn’t notice, I cut into the pork chop and took a bite and it was raw– talking raw fish texture. I nearly vomited. The waitress came, I showed her and she looked just as appalled as I did. About 15 minutes later the manager came out and said«the waitress told me you don’t want your food, is there a problem?» Well not only did we wait outside for 40 minutes to get a table, why would I just decide I didn’t want my food?! Apparently she never mentioned that it was raw. I was so upset. This place is just bad service and food time and time again.

Gotta love teased out hair and stone washed jeans in the heartbeat of the heartbeat of America. It’s amazing how people can primp around with so much confidence and pride dressed like that, but down on the barby where buttered down, over seasoned steaks are served with grease dripping bloomin’ onions 80’s throwback confidence is in no short supply. The food is exactly what you would expect at any Outback Steakhouse. It’s a chain restaurant to its core, but if you want a decent steak at a relatively cheap price, this place delivers. At our most recent visit, we had 2 unsatisfied diners out of 4. I had a filet and it was just fine. I was expecting the seasoning bath so mine was OK by me. My wife also got a filet though and when it came out, it was a head scratching ½″ thick. Like… that’s some Ponderosa shit right there. Someone else in our group didn’t like his chicken salad, but he ordered a chicken salad in a steak joint so we can’t complain on that one… but a ½″ thick over cooked filet? That’s a waste of a dead cow!

The steaks are awesome, the dishes are rather nice, the price will kill your wallet. Once a year trip. Hours are kind of crappy.
