First off let me say the employees are very nice and try their best to help you. This bad review is more towards the company return or exchange policy. First off no returns are allowed. You are allowed to exchange, but only allowed one exchange. So you better get it right the first time or else your stuck with it. I feel when you spend the kind of money you spend here they should back up their product a whole lot better. By having a return/​exchange policy like this it tells me you have no confidence in your product. I refuse to give my business to places with these types of policy. However my wife did buy me a pillow from here. It was not comfortable for me. I did exchange it for another pillow, but after trying to sleep on it for 3 days it just was not comfortable. So now I’m out almost $ 200.00!!! When we are in the market for a mattress, I will make sure we don’t shop for a sleep number bed.
