This office is very poorly run. When you set an appointment you will be told to arrive 15 minutes early to complete your insurance paperwork(a reasonable request). Then you will receive a voicemail confirmation of your appointment time(impressive). However, when you arrive, the experience is much different: you will wait in the dirty, dingy waiting room for at least half an hour to be invited back to a room where you fall into the«queue» of clients and wait again… And wait… and wait… and wait. The inefficiency at this office will be unacceptable to any working individual, or any parent of school age children with a full schedule for the day.
