Got exactly the haircut I wanted! Michele did a great job! I went to more expensive place in Albany about 6 months ago and hated my haircut. Michele knew what I wanted with one explanation and did it perfect. I will definitely be going back.
They do allow walk ins but I would make an apt. I waited 10 mins to get seated with an apt. There was only 1 person cutting hair. I went on a Monday night.

i went in to get my hair done for a graduation and the stylist that curled my hair did a really nice job. same experience as kim n had, it took a little longer than i expected but the results were reflective of that. my curls lasted all day. it was really quiet while i was there, but i came at 11 and the stylist said it gets busier later. my total with tip was $ 30.
it’s my first time at a supercuts and id go back.

This was my first time at any supercuts location. I can’t review how the actual hair cuts and styling are since I only came in for my eyebrows. It took longer than it normally would for an eyebrow waxing, but she was very detail oriented with it. Not a single hair was left out of place. And for only $ 9 too, it wasn’t a bad price compared to what I typically pay.
