The customer service is amazing! I have a favorite pair of non-​Surell earmuffs that I accidentally broke and wanted to have repaired. I saw that Surell sells similar earmuffs — so I wrote them asking if they could look at my earmuffs and see if they could be repaired. They were able to repair them! They were concerned that I would be unhappy with the result since they had to put a new band on them and use different size rings, and emailed me for permission before altering anything. They mailed them back to me very quickly and they’re good as new! I am so glad that I can keep my earmuffs since they match my coat and are very warm. I would definitely shop here for any new winter accessories or gifts that I need in the future. True attention to quality and detail and awesome customer service!
