I was looking for something new to mix up my workout routine and I am so thankful I stumbled upon this place back in October during Troy Night Out. After watching Adam work with a client, I knew I had to try the TRX training. I love how I feel after an intense training session and I look forward to every one. I’m hooked and have trained with Adam every week since I first found The Balance Loft. The hot yoga at the Balance Loft is fantastic as well, and I hope to try more classes in the future. I can’t say enough about how great this place is and how much the TRX training with Adam has helped me physically and mentally in the past couple months.

Just visited The Balance Loft for the first time and I am already in love. I felt so welcome immediately as a new student. I took a detox vinyasa flow class in the infrared studio and left feeling relaxed and energized at the same time. I enjoyed the challenging but unpretentious tone of the class and the frequent assists and corrections from the instructor. Can’t wait to go back!

The balance loft is simply awesome. Right away you’ll notice how fresh and clean it smells. It’s bright and vibrant with a calming ambiance. The eye-​catching birch wood desk that greets you at the front is a great addition to the sophisticated, modernized feel of the space. The inferred heated yoga studio is perfect for sore and achey muscles. And the TRX set up in the back adds to a truly unparalleled athletic experience. In addition to the awesomeness of the space, Kelly and Adam are two of the most knowledgeable, talented and genuine people you will ever meet. I’ve been going to the balance loft, 3 times per week since it’s opening and I am always more than pleased with my results. I can’t stress enough how incredible this place is. If you haven’t stopped by to check it out yet, you’re missing out!

I have taken yoga and Barre classes and really like the studio. Intimate, modern space. The radiant heating feels good on stretching muscles. Class schedule and reservations available on an app. Convenient location in downtown Troy. Instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, and don’t hesitate to kick your ass when you need it.

This a beautiful and sophisticated new studio in downtown Troy that offers classes in an infrared heated yoga /​barre space. The hot barre workout kicked my butt and felt totally transformative. At the end, I was given a chilled lavender scented towelette which I can only describe as nirvana. The owner, Kelly, offers a no nonsense workout with plenty of good humor and motivation. I will definitely be back for more butt kicking followed up with that towel experience.

I have had four TRX sessions with a personal trainer at Balanced Loft and the results are already amazing. I have more energy, no injuries, and I can see a physical difference. I actually look forward to working out in the morning!
