RUDE EMPLOYEES. There is an older asian lady who works here and she gave nothing but attitude calling me cheap. It has nothing to do with cost it was the principle to the matter and the fact that I have been to other UPS stores and they don’t charge to put a piece of tape on a box. I had to call corp just to get them to return my Comcast equipment without charging. This store is a joke avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. Lost packages, damaged package, long lines, total chaos in this store. If my package arrives at its destination I’ll be shocked.

The lady is very polite but the store was busy and there was a guy just sitting in the back drinking a Gatorade and playing on his cell phone. To me it’s very rude to have customers waiting while you just sit and play on your phone. Will not be going back to this location and I hope UPS reprimands this employee as I will be contacting UPS directly as well.
Also I’m sure it wasn’t his lunch because it was 4:15pm.

This is tucked away in a fairly nondescript strip mall on John R. and has NEVER had a line even during the holidays which makes it a GREAT UPS store in my book. They are helpful and have made cost savings suggestions when having packaging and shipping done (and we ship to Vermont and Colorado which are a bit out of the way). Ssssh… don’t tell everyone; I want to keep this my little secret!
