I visited this store after switching from Sprint to Verizon. Associates Julian and Matt were very professional and they went above and beyond in providing me with exceptional customer service.

I’m a Verizon customer and I had always gone to Verizon company-owned stores for cellphone sales and service, until a friend of mine said she got excellent service here. So I came here and I also have gotten excellent service, attention, and good advice. The people who have waited on me here have been knowledgable and willing to take as much time as necessary to tutor me, show me more functions, answer questions, and solve problems, whenever I have gotten an upgraded phone. It’s a better experience here, with more personal attention, than using the company owned stores.

Called the store to see if they were Verizon or an authorized dealer, and they told me it was a Verizon-owned store. I went in. My phone has some hardware issues. They looked at it for 2 mins, and told me to call the warranty number to get a replacement. They said they couldn’t do it for me because Verizon tech support needs to talk to the customer, and tried to sell me some other accessories. I left the store and called Verizon. The warranty department told me the store wasn’t owned by Verizon(just licensed to sell merchandise) which is why they couldn’t place the order for me. A Verizon location would have been able to. I called again to talk to the store, and instead of apologizing, the salesperson told me to come in for more accessories or a new phone if this doesn’t work out. Ugh! Be warned: they lie and are so shady!

Ugh, worst phone experience ever. The people I was dealing with seemed very dishonest and will do anything to get a sale. They would not allow me to send in my rebates, and as a result mine got lost and never refunded($ 300 worth). They are terrible at returning phone calls and was a hassle overall. Just a very shady business.
