They are quick to respond to inquiries and work with tight turn around times — same day check out and check in’s. Tenants routinely comment on how clean our property is. Their fees are fair. So glad I found Michelle and her gang! I have had two of her employees cleaning my house for a couple months now and could not be happier. They do a great job, handle any requests or schedule changes and Michelle is always quick to email me back. Super honest company and always credits my account if they cleaned faster than usual. Michelle and her crew have been cleaning our frequently rented Tahoe Donner home for almost 3 years. They are reliable, efficient, fast, and always do a damage inspection immediately after our guests leave. Michelle answers any questions and replies to emails quickly. Chelsey, her second in command, is also an outstanding customer service professional. Michelle does not use any household cleaning products that are unsafe for young children. I highly recommend her services.

We rented a home in Truckee that uses Tahoe Vacation Home Services. There was a miscommunication between Michelle and the owner of the house which meant that we ended up having to clean the house before we could start enjoying our stay, but once Michelle learned of the mix up she came to the rental property to explain what happened and offered to do anything we needed done. She also gave us a refund for the cleaning service we paid for plus money for the cleaning we did ourselves. I am very impressed with the professional way that disappointment was handled and recommend this service based on that experience alone! Good customer service make an impression and Michelle’s immediate attention to our situation made a huge difference.
