Just called for a to go order. at 7:30pm. They’re open 7 days a week until 9:30pm. But today they decided to close the kitchen 2 hours early because it was slow. What kind of place does that? It is your job to stay open if you like it or not. Thanks for nothing TC’s. Maybe they’ll serve you or maybe they won’t… Who knows. If you like roulette then eat here!

I have always had really good food, drinks, and service here! Everyone is very friendly and helpful as much as possible. One of my personal favorites is the turkey sandwich! The delicious fries are bottomless also! Salads are fresh and flavorful. Kimmie is an outstanding bartender. Bingo is also always fun and entertaining! If you are at Northstar and would like a nice casual lunch, dinner, or snack give TC’s pub a try!

We initially did not plan to come here while roaming around the Northstar Resort, but we ended up here for early(11:30AMish), but we wanted to get our vacation started with drinks and bites. Our waitress greeted us and sat us quickly. Since it was fairly early, the place was pretty quiet. Our waitress was super sweet and funny. The service was kind of slow because as it started getting busier, it looked like she was the only one helping the entire restaurant. We were okay with that, though, because we were on vacation and didn’t really have anything to do that day. The drinks were good and the food was decent«bar» food. The bill ended up being $ 225 for five people. That is including 2 – 3 alcoholic drinks per person, so it seemed pretty reasonable. Overall, I’d most likely come here again if I’m in the area.

Nope. Never coming back. 80 bucks for gross, greasy, tasteless, bar food. I feel like I got suckered out of $ 80.

The TC’s Inferno(burger) wasn’t really spicy if you eat any kind of spicy food at all. I felt some burn but couldn’t really taste anything spicy. The burger itself was fine. Fries here are pretty good. Well seasoned and endless if you got them with your burger. The S’more milkshake is pretty much a vanilla milkshake with interesting toppings. It’s pretty average. They mixed up our order tickets so it took over 1.5 hours for us to get our food. The waiter gave us a round of free drinks as an apology.

Hot chocolate here was very good. Have not tried the food. I wonder if TC’s stands for the old name Timber Creek, which used to serve pretty good dinners with white table cloths. Before that it was Shaffers Mill. What will they call it next should be a contest.

This place is meh bar food. It’ll fill your stomach, but it won’t satisfy you. Everything tastes as if it was frozen and they microwaved it. I had a «classic burger» they forgot the bacon that’s supposed to come on it. Place was empty and service was slow so I didn’t bother asking for it. Waiter was clearly trying really hard and atmosphere was cozy, that’s why it gets 2 stars. Spinach artichoke dip was not bad. Recommended if you just want an appetizer and a beer. Otherwise go elsewhere.

Got here for lunch on Sunday. The place is almost empty but the service is very slow. Ok, they are probably understaffed. Water took forever. Then the food came. It was hit and miss, i. e some stuff was«ok» while other was inedible. Tuna tasted like frozen bacon. Fish and chips –fish was super dry and charred. Two stars because the guy who served us was actually pretty good, as were the drinks. Oh well, what do you expect from an overpriced posh place like Northstar.. .

If you have to eat here I suggest heavy drinking first, then order, good luck on the food order! Our waitress was very nice and saved the day on our LOST food order the cook overlooked! I ordered the Turkey sandwich with rock hard over toasted bread! The meat part of the sandwich was a couple of thin slices of tasteless bird! Not bad for the bargain price of $ 15 bucks? Right? Our waitress sent over some free Chili while we waited for the cook to raise from the dead! Never again,

Fun place to grab drinks and some bar food! Good selection of beers, and the bartender Ethan even concocted me a yummy milkshake style mudslide which isn’t really on the menu :) ! I had the buffalo chicken salad when I got hungry, and the hot sauce was super spicy! But over all the portion was great for the price and with a little extra dressing it was delicious! :):)

Eh, ok. This place is a good place to watch the game with friends after a day on the slopes but the food nor the service will impress you. We definitely had to go back a few times on the order and the bill. Really nice people and totally fine, but not impressive.

Why rush home to sit in traffic when you can defrost and enjoy some brew? After a long day of skiing it was nice to be able to cozy up next to a fireplace and have some brew. They have a nice selection of beers on tap and FOOD. We were also surprised to find that they had a happy hour. Happy hour on a Saturday in a ski resort? Don’t mind if we do! Had to add that the service was great too. Very attentive, told us about the happy hour specials, and… even did a time check when HH was close to being over.

TC’s Pub is your typical bar & grill with decent bar food & a good beer selection. The reason I am giving TC’s Pub 5 stars was the amazing customer service we experienced. I came in with a group of 9 around 1pm on New Years Eve. The restaurant wasn’t that crowded but the manager informed us they just seated a group that their largest table. We decided to grab some drinks at the bar as we waited. We noticed the group that had been seated before us had just gotten their food, so we figured the wait wouldn’t be too much longer. Unfortunately for us, the group seated at our table was very chatty and took another hour and a half to leave the table. The manager was so apologetic and offered to comp us 2 beers for our wait. It was not the manager’s fault that the party seated before us was taking so long. It was such a nice jester for something that was out of his control. Once seated, our waitress & busboy were also very kind. Best customer service I have received in a while Especially from your typical bar & grill.

I’ve been in here a few times now. Twice after a morning on the slopes and once when we dropped by to hang out and do some shopping. Prompt seating. Attentive service each and every time. This last time I arrived after snowboarding before my wife and sister — in — law arrived. The waitress was great and brought me a beer right away. I ordered the chips and pico off the app menu to munch on while I waited for them. The pico was great — full of flavor but no heat. It was good it was only to much on while I waited for them to arrive because it was a small portion and would not have been good for the three of us to share. Plenty of chips but not enough pico. The waitress was attentive but not overbearing. As soon as they arrived she came over promptly and took our order. Their burgers are the best. I’ve tried a few different ones — TC’s and the Western — both are super flavorful, cooked well and a great size. The endless fries are nice too. I can never make it to requesting an additional serving but it’s nice to know there are more there if I want them. This last visit I opted for the french dip. Disappointing. Barely any meet, a tiny slice of cheese and it was served in a thick roll. The flavor wasn’t strong enough to make up for the lack of ingredients. I would keep this on my list of places to head as long as I was focused on beer and burgers. Straying from that would find me disappointed by the quality /portion size again.

Would love to tell you about the food… except we stopped waiting for it after 1.5 hours! Yes it was a holiday, but there were empty tables(notwithstanding the front saying it was a 45 – 60 minute wait). I probably would have forgiven them, except when asked if our food would arrive soon as we had 2 kids who were done waiting(family friendly resort remember, and we were not in the bar section, we were with the rest of the families in the back), we were told«It’s always like this, you should expect a long wait when you come.» I would have preferred at least an apology — a better restaurant would have brought a free appetizer or a round of drinks while we waited. And waited. We begged for at least for some fries to occupy the young children and were brought a tiny bowl of fries for a table of 6. So much for«endless fries.» More like endless wait. The drinks were weak, the staff was surly, and EVERY table was waiting for their entrée. Every head in the room swiveled around when the kitchen doors opened hoping that their food was next, followed by downturned sighs. There was very little food leaving the kitchen. We could have driven to Jason’s, waited for a table, ordered, waited, eaten, driven home, and still would have made it back home before our food arrived at TC’s. Not a do again. I miss Timbercreek.

Stay away from the nachos! I don’t know what the cheese is made of, but sitting over this plate feels like I’m stuffed in a closet. Something has sucked the oxygen out of the air. These nachos have turned me into a mouth breather. The bartender is cool, the beer is cold. The beer selection is uninspired, at least this early in the season.

TC’s is a good pub with some decent beers and drinks. But if I were back in the city instead of on the mountain, I would say that the menu was pretty weak. Reality: the chili was okay, but a bit flavorless and thin. Our salads were ho-hum, too. However, the perception of the place after a day of hard snowboarding or skiing: OH sweet nectar of the gods – this is the best food I’ve ever tasted! To their credit, the margaritas were pretty good, large, and definitely strong to make those bunk beds back at your rental seem comfortable. The truth is, after a day of fun on the mountain, when you’re so starved and dehydrated that you’d eat a door knob, even mediocre stuff tastes pretty good. You won’t notice that TC’s could be much better, or how average it is compared to other gastro-like pubs. And for that reason I’d go back, no problem.

I loved hanging out at TC’s Pub last weekend. Our waiter, Gunner, was AWESOME. My fiancé and I posted up early for the football playoffs, and Gunner helped us pick out an amazing table and gave great service in the 6 hours we spent there watching football. The location is great. Awesome for après-ski or if you are staying in the village. The wings… oh the wings… are so good! The beer is pretty inexpensive. Can’t ask for more in a pub setting!
