While it’s nice to see young men and women infatuated with each other it’s rather annoying when they are employees and you’re a customer with $ 500 in your pocket ready to buy a camera and you just would like a few minutes of assistance prior to making your purchase. This store is a test tube study in mismanagement with regards to customer service. The music’s playing and everyone is bouncing but no one seems too interested in the customer. While I stood there waiting for someone to notice the middle aged guy, I phoned another store, asked all of my questions and walked out with a smile. These are children who don’t understand that shareholders are taking the loss for their lack of professionalism.

Apparently the«sales staff» in the computer department can’t be bothered to actually help customers. 3 of them have been standing around as I browsed laptops for 20 minutes and as I am writing this post and not one has come over. They have even looked away as I tried to make eye contact.

I asked to buy a Samsung sound stand I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come and help me. The store was rather dead as it closed in a few minutes and there were team members standing around and chatting, including the nose that said someone from home theater would be over. I walked out. I hope management and corporate are both happy that they lost a sale and a customer. I didn’t ask for any help besides to get me the otem. I knew what I wanted I wanted to get in and out and pay my 250+ but now I will NEVER go back. POOR customer service has lasting consequences.

Definitely there’s an issue when no where in the store does it have return policies at any checkout s. Pay for your merchandise and it’s on the bottom of your receipt thoygh. No returns without a government ID meaning license or state ID no exceptions and you can’t know that till u purchase an item . Watch how many issues that’s going to bring up Maybe people just stop going ??? Best Buy stop being cheap ones put a sign up

This place is a joke. I purchased a TV on a Friday that had to be delivered to my house, because it was too big to fit in my car. Despite the fact that I live five minutes away from the store, they claimed they had to ship the TV to their facility in New Jersey, and then ship it to my house from NJ, which would take about a week. This was incredibly annoying, but I understand that it is Best Buy’s(stupid) corporate policy, and not this particular store’s. However, I received a call from the store manager that Sunday(two days later) saying that one of their genius sales staff«accidentally» SOLD the TV I had purchased, while it was in the back waiting to be shipped to NJ. I had already paid for this TV in full, mind you. He offered me a swap of a same-priced, same-sized TV from a lesser brand as an attempt to make up for it, which I declined. He refunded my money, but didn’t seem to display much remorse at such an extreme goof up(it was probably him who«accidentally» sold it). Amazon, Target, etc. are much better options for anything you could possibly buy at Best Buy — and this particular store is the worst.

I went into this Best buy with my mother who was interested in a tablet for my daughter, the tablet section was flowed with customers and only two workers. It felt like we were waiting for 40mins just to get 4 questions answered ! While she was waiting I thought I’d pass time by looking at the phones, little did I know that being black in 2014 still means thief ! I felt like I was being watch and it was because I WAS being followed around the mobile area as if I could steal a bolted down FAKE phone. Never going here again

You call and they say they have 1 of what you want left… So you drive an hour there and when you arrive… Oh it JUST Sold. Give me a brake. Sounds like a sales tactic to get you down there and then up sell you. Don’t bother

Best Buy’s Geek Squad = a bunch of uncertified high-school kids. If you want high-school kids fixing your PC instead of a professional and want to pay more than double what it should cost, then go to Geek Squad. Otherwise, I say find an experienced free lance tech to do it.

Best Buy is the place you want to go with an unlimited resource of ‘Benjamin’s.’ All the stuff it’s just amazing… Forget the service, the workers in blue, and the geek squad… this place is just AWESOME to walk through and to do some serious ‘window shopping’ to discover you want but don’t really need. And from time to time they got some good deals too… Yes, I know it is the same review as the other BB… but so is BB

With having this best buy be the only real proper electronic store in my general area, its a bit lack luster and most of the time quite pricey. The employees are wonderful and helpful. the store however can be a bit disorganized and hard to find things you are looking for. I only really come here if i REALLY have to, as a last resort or if i need something that day and they have it in stock.

Tried to get Geek Squad to do a tech consult. Stood there for an hour while the geek manager tried to schedule it. Then when I called back, they couldn’t find the appointment. Finally got a four hour window in three weeks. On that day they called to tell me the geek would need to move the appt outside the four hour window, between 5 and 6. So, I misuse my way to the clients location and called several times. Each time they said another hour. When I finally pulled in my driveway at 8pm, they called and said he could still meet me — at 8:30. Are they nuts? I called the GM. He said he would make it right. He would send the guy on a specific day at a specific time. The guy shows up ½ hour early. He promised to have me a full quote for three new computers, a router, etc. Either that day or next. A week later I called and spoke to another manager who said she would make sure I got it. Still waiting five days later. They just blew a $ 5,000 sale. I guess they don’t need the money. Need a geek? Look elsewhere!

Mehh… A box store. A large, impersonal, anonymous box store. Went there to get speakers for my iPhone. The customer service tumbleweeds were carried by the winds across the bits and bytes of the store. Nearly no attendants in sight. Went over and after a futile search, we left empty handed. Why does a store such as Best Buy do their best to alienate their customer base?
