Terrible customer service. At least 8 associates standing around, no one greeted or offered to help. Will not be returning.

I go to this location at least a few times a month! I don’t know if this is why they always make sure to help me, or if it’s just their great customer service! Either way I always leave with all of my questions answered, and I frequently ask the employees for their advice on products (despite researching online lots before hand). They are great about accepting returns and will give you the full amount back if you have your receipt. I really can’t think of anything negative about this store, other than the fact that they don’t get to carry as many lines as the NYC locations (but corporate decides all of that).

What a horrible experience! I took my niece to purchase some perfume and we passed at least 5 sales associates and were never acknowledged not even once. They sure enjoyed chatting amongst themselves. I couldn’t believe it. My niece had been searching for this perfume and no one else had it but I refused to purchase it from there given the poor customer service. It bothered me so much that I figured I’d call the manager, what a waste of time, she didn’t seem to sincerely care so I could see why the service was so poor. It’s ok though because people like that won’t have a job for long. Hopefully corporate will see how sales are and maybe do something about it. For me though; this Trumbull store will never see any of my money ever again.

Came to this location yesterday and it was really busy and the service was outstanding! The whole time I was there about 8 employees asked if I was okay or had any questions. They have a color expert on staff to help you with foundations or powder matching. Also they carry a wide variety of cosmetic lines here like Illamasqua, Yves Saint Laurent, Lancome, and Too Face Products just to name a few. I like this Sephora better than the one in Milford.

I love Sephora and highly recommend the website or maybe another location, but I have had nothing but bad experiences at the Trumbull location due to the customer service. It seems as though all the employees cannot be bothered to you help and many times they are flat out rude. I will continue to shop at Sephora but I do not think I will visit this location again.
