This dog run needs a little TLC and a few upgrades and it could be a good dog run. Things it has going for it: — Separate large and small dog runs — Parking on a couple of hundred feet away — Poop bags provided — Plenty of seating(lawn furniture and picnic tables) — Large dog run is a good size run Things it has going against it: — No water — Wood chips mixed with dirt as ground cover — Fencing and gates could be better — Limited shade This runs needs some TLC. The fencing in areas needs to be replaced and the ground cover also gets muddy after a good rain. Upgrade fencing, bring in a dedicated dog drinking fountain and this is a 3 star dog run.
