I choose Cascade Building Services because of their reputation in the community. I have stayed with them because they are extremely professional, have low turnover and do a fantastic job. I get calls from their competition and wouldn’t consider changing due to the service they provide me.

Cascade Building Services has been working with our company for almost 2 years now. As a commercial property manager it seems a lot of janitorial company services seem to take a nose dive after a year of service or so but CBS has maintained the great level of service throughout their time with us. I recommend their services to all of our clients and have been very pleased with their attention to detail and quick response to any service inquiries or needs.

It has been an honor to work with Darren Rahier from Cascade Building Services. Can’t say enough that when you find a company that truly cares about their customers and employees, you have found substance and quality. The diversity of services that the company offers is quite astonishing. I love the fact that I can use this company for a one stop shop for commercial and residential janitor service, landscaping, window cleaning, monthly maintenance, and tons more.
