I went to school at the hillsboro campus and had a horriable experience. I called the tualatin campus and got the email for a person high up on the chain that i can tell about my bad experience. So i spent a week going over a long email to him. Two months later ive still never heard back. Such bull

Worst pedi experience of my life.
She was 15 minutes late taking me back.
She didn’t even have everything she needed & had to leave me to get something.
She didn’t introduce herself to me so I don’t even know her name.
She left me again in search of the color swatches. When she returned, there aren’t many colors to choose from.
She left me again on her hunt for my color choice.
She did a crappy job cutting my nails & cuticles & cut my nails down to little nubbins.
She had to ask another student to go get her 2 files she’d forgotten.
I will, however, give her points & kudos for a good, albeit short, leg & foot massage.
She left me again while this mask stuff cured on my legs.
She did a minimally acceptable job on the paint.
Ok, here’s where it gets super shitty. The receptionist explained that they give discounts to clients who are 55 & older then asked me if I qualify. I’m 42 & while I may not look as youthful as I’d like, I sure as heck don’t look 55!!!
I will never go back & I will warn away friends & co-​workers.

I don’t generally leave reviews but having watched how much my wife stressed from dealings with management and even the fraudulent owners’ dealings I couldn’t stay mute. She successfully completed her courses and got a diploma and it’s been nothing but a headache since, from staff incompetence with misplacing transcripts to straight lies. Do yourself a favor and stick to services, but do NOT enroll as a student. I won’t be around to say I told you so…
