I was very pleased with almost all aspects of the refinishing job that Treadline did on my hardwood floors. The owner, Ovi, was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the job. The workers on the project were knowledgable and tried to make the job as low-stress as possible for me.
I understand this company offers a free bottle of cleaner for a positive review but that did not influence my rating in the least. I’m unsure what the other reviewer found unsatisfactory with this company since they included no details.
