We moved here in Sept. 2011. And it is now Jan 2015. It is an apartment. Nothing special. They raise the rent every year. We started at the 880 range and now its over $ 1,000. There are no rewards to stay, not even carpet cleaning. All apartment’s are pretty much the same. There is a fountain and nice sign out front.
They do provide a TV mounted to the wall, have washer and dryers. So these make it easier. The two bedroom the second room is dinky. Kitchens small .
The thing that will keep you here is the managers are real nice, and easy access to I-​5
