We took our Yorker/​poodle mix here for grooming. Not sure what happened to her while there, but she came home shaved down to her skin with knicks and cuts on her legs. She just shook like a leaf for more than a day after her grooming experience. I will never take her back and do not recommend this groomer to anyone who cares about their pet.

Would not recommend. Mike is rude to dog owners and hard on the dogs. He kicked one of ours out with no warning and no evidence and would only take him back if we muzzled him. This dog was a rescue, and hadn’t been aggressive before and hasn’t since. When we moved to another location Mike tracked him down on their Facebook page and was rude about it when we were visiting the vet that shares the premises. The vet is great. Kennedy is terrible. If you want a good day care go down the street to paws and play pet resort. We’ve been there for a year with absolutely no problems. Seriously 100 per cent would not recommend.

I would have to agree 100%. Mike IS very rude to dog owners and his staff is very unprofessional and not knowledgeable in taking care of dogs. My dog would always be very anxious when being picked up and whining when being dropped off. Not sure what goes on in this facility. Thankfully for Mike, dogs cannot talk. Mike lacks social and communication skills with dog owners. My suggestion is stay away.
