Really nice-​looking restaurant. Had an issue with waiting for an order for 15 minutes, but manager rectified the situation most professionally.

It’s always a pleasure. The southwest salad us awesome! Service was fast, people were friendly!

Great food, friendly staff and really quick service! This is by far the best Chick-​fil-​a location I’ve visited. They also are very supportive of the community.

I stop by Chick-​fil-​a on LaVista rd, for breakfast this morning while waiting for the Best Buys Experience to open!
I got my usual 4 count Mini meal with the lemonade!
The hash browns were hot and crispy just the way I like them, but minis on the other hand we’re cold and the top of the sourbough bread was stale!
So I walk back up to the counter and told the lady that the minis were cold!
She gave me a box right off the line went! I set down, put on the honey, took a bite, man, cold again!
I ate them because I’m trying to get some place and be somebody else!
I saw a guy in a blue shirt and tie wiping down tables, and I asked him was he the manager?
He said he was one of them!
I expressed how disappointed I was with the cold minis!
I also told him that I had walked back up, got another box and it was disapointment as well! He gave me some excuse about the people in the back and then he said ‘I’m sorry’ and proceeded finish cleaning the tables!
I walked up to the counter to get a refill on my lemonade and again, I expressed my disappointment to the young lady who gave me the second box of minis!
Once again the only thing I got was «I’m sorry, next customer!»
Has chick-​fil-​a lost their Edge?
I remember back when Truett Cathy was alive, along with an apology, I would have gotten my money back and a coupon for a chicken sandwich or a biscuit!
Maybe it’s time for me to stop eating Chick fil A I’m just saying!

Shorted my drive-​thru order today. Judging from reviews, that seems to be a problem for this location.

Chick-​fil– has always been my choices but this location really disappointed me. My husband bought the frosted lemonade but the drive through was taken longer than expected so the drink melted. My husband went in to let the supervisor know about the drink and she was so rude about it.

This is the best ChickFilA I have been to. The staff is extra friendly and helpful. The food is always fresh and top quality. Every time I get fries they are freshly made and are not brown. Dining area is large and clean. There is a sitting area for when you are ordering togo.

This Chick FIL A has really gone downhill recently. My drive through order has been incorrect 3 of the last 5 times I’ve visited. Once missing a chicken biscuit. Once missing a sandwich and once with no pickles when I requested extra pickles.
This location used to be solid. I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of food as well. The small, thin, overcooked chicken breast used to be the exception. Now it’s what I expect every time I order a sandwich from here. I almost forgot what a really good CFA sandwich tastes like. What’s going on here?!
The (mostly) friendly service is the only thing keeping me from giving a 1 star review.

Good food, as always. But the staff takes way too long to take your order. I feel that they are distracted while trying to take your order. I would rate it higher, but they needed to shore that up.

This chick-​fil-​A location has the friendliest staffs ever. Chick-​fil-​A is already well known to be the high-​quality hospitable fast food chain, but the staffs here really go above and beyond to ensure the customers are satisfied.
They have well-​dressed workers walk around the restaurants table by table to greet customers, pick up any unused trays, or refill drinks. Their smiles and friendly gestures are contagious for sure.
One cool tip about chick-​fil-​A that not a lot of people know about: At the end of year, chick-​fil-​A sells calendars for the upcoming year and when you purchase the calendar (~$ 7) you receive a chick-​fil-​A VIP card with it. Using the VIP card, you get a free item from the menu every month plus a surprise on your birthday month! I’ve been using my VIP card every month — this month I received free Spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and it’s definitely a killer deal!
Again, every single staff in this location is top-​notch and I haven’t seen any other locations that beat it. This location is always my go-​to lunch place!
P.S if you haven’t tried their Frosted lemonade yet, you’re missing out!

Good grief!
A fast food chain gets better ratings then a restaurant that actually cooks the food with pride and service.
The Tucker folks need to raise the bar of quality.

I love Chick-​fil-​A. Everyone at every location is always awesome. The food is consistent. Chick-​fil-​A is the ONLY fast food joint I will do.
I’ve had everything there but my favorite dishes are spicy chicken deluxe, chicken coolwrap with spicy dressing, and strawberry milkshake. This location is unique. First of all, it is the ONLY location that I’ve ever experience that brings the food to you if you’re dining in. Yes, I’m serious. They give you a table placeholder and will come to your table once everything is ready. Not to mention, it was fast too.
The staff noticed when we were done and even greeted us out. Too bad it’s not close to me but if I’m in the area again. I will go.

Always friendly service, always fast and I’ve never had them forget anything or get my order wrong. They always include my sauce, a straw and napkins! I go thru the drive thru a lot, here and at other places. Other places almost always forget at least one of these things, chickfila has not.

We’ve had good experiences at this location. The staff is friendly and the food has been fresh, hot and delicious.

Nice staff, great tasting food and very nice location! The counter is a bit small, but the dining room is rather large and the play section is pretty big for the kids.
Whenever you dine-​in you are usually treated like you have a server. We have always been asked if we want drink-​refills or if we would like anything else. We really enjoy eating in this location.

I just had my daughters 2bd birthday party here and let me tell you, it was AMAZING! The staff was over accommodating and very friendly! The party included a reserved place, kids meal and ice cream for every child, the cow made an appearance and my daughter even got a lil mini cow and frisbee! I can’t stress enough how PERFECT her party was! Everyone had such an amazing time!!!

This restaurant, of course, is Chick-​Fil-​A. You know what’s on the menu. But this particular Chick-​Fil-​A stands out from an already fantastic fast food chain.
It’s their customer service. No other Chick-​Fil-​A I’ve been to has had as many friendly and helpful staff as this one. When I go to this branch, I actually enjoy taking my time to sit down and eat.
On my birthday, I asked if I got anything special. The manager gave me a balloon with a Eat Mor Chikin weight at the bottom! (I still have it, although it’s decidedly deflated). Now imagine the cold blank stare you’d get at other fast food chains. The next time I came in, the same cashier I had previously (shout out to Sandy) asked me how my birthday was and gave me I love Chick-​Fil-​A stickers.
As the previous reviewer said, the staff brings out your meal as well as refills your drinks for you. Once I even had my tray cleaned up for me!
This location is also remarkably clean. Very savvy.
Bottom line: Go to this Chick-​Fil-​A if you’re having a craving and are in the area. You won’t be disappointed. Unless you don’t eat chikin.

New Chick-​Fil-​A at Northlake Festival. If you know Chick-​Fil-​A restaurants you know what the food is like. I have been eating at Chick-​Fil-​A since they opened their first store in 1967 at Greenbrier Mall in Atlanta (if you don’t include the Dwarf Grill where they developed their chicken sandwich). There’s not much reason to review a fast food restaurant, since if you crave a delicious fried chicken sandwich and the other sumptuous things on the menu, this store has the standard menu.
The Chick-​Fil-​A at Northlake Festival has a new design and system for their stand alone operations that I want to praise. You order from a counter like usual. However, the cashier area is fairly clear of the hustle and bustle because instead of your order being collected and bagged by the cashier they give you a magnet with a number on it. You take your number to a table and stick it on a metal stand. Your order is brought to your table. Our drinks came with our order but you could get refills from the self serve fountain. Anyway, we liked the operation and think it gives a better dining ambiance to this fast food chain. The next step should be to try to cut down on paper waste with less packaging and more recycling. Eat mor chikin! Make less waste!
