Friend and I went out for brunch here one weekend. IHOP is usually a safe bet for me. I typically order buttermilk pancakes, but this time I saw something very neat on the menu — Bananas Foster Brioche French Toast. From the website: «Bananas and Brioche will make you say oui oui to this breakfast-anytime French Toast. The thick, rich brioche bread dipped in a lightly sweetened vanilla batter and cooked to perfection serves as the perfect bed for fresh sliced bananas warmed with classic New Orleans Foster’s buttery-brown sugar glaze. Then, powdered sugar and whipped topping create the finishing touches!» This was HORRIBLE. I love bananas foster so I couldn’t resist when I saw it listed. But this didn’t really even taste like bananas foster. At least not a good one. And it was served almost cold. Gross! The sides were fine, but were not served as hot as they could have been. Not as bad as the french toast though.

I’m surprised this iHop doesn’t get better reviews. We eat here every few weeks and love the food and service. They are always so friendly and it’s great for kids. Never have felt rushed and the food is consistently good. We love Gloria– the nicest server around.

The reviews here are really bad so I was skeptical about going but glad I did. Was seated quickly around 1:30pm only a few other tables in there. Restaurant is smaller than I thought it would be. Ordered the build your own omelette and pancakes. There was some confusion to the original order as my server brought out hashbrowns instead of pancakes but quickly fixed it. Other than that everything was ok.

Waited 45 minutes for our food. My husband’s eggs came out raw and my french toast/sausage were cold. Manager never came over and we ended up leaving after an hour to get breakfast from McDonalds instead. Very disappointed.

Slowest service ever. Can’t believe it will take them 55 minutes to fry a couple eggs. I wonder if they start raising chickens after we place the order.

The slowest IHOP experience of my life… and when the food came out, it didn’t taste good at all. There was also an altercation between a staff member and a patron that resulted in a shouting match. I do not recommend this location at all.

Service is sad here. My son and I have been here 45 mins and still no food. Folks that got here after us are eating or are about to leave. This is after we waited for over 20 mins. for someone to take our order. If my 7 year old wasn’t so excited about eating here we would’ve left a long time ago!

Worst service I have ever had at any resaurant. It was at 12am Sunday Night/Monday Morning, and there were 8 people(including my table of 2) at the restaurant. There was one server and one cook working. We were told to seat ourselves, and then the server took 15 minutes to come even greet us at the table. Once finally seated, we ordered 2 Coffee’s and a plate with hashbrowns/sausage and eggs. Waiter took 10 minutes and was already back with the food, but no coffee. We then reminded her, she said«yeah, one second». 10 minutes later, we remind her AGAIN, this time she gets it right now. She brings back a coffee pot only half full. So, since we ordered 2 coffees, we only get half. After drinking the first cup in 10 minutes, we had to wait another 20 minutes and 2 reminders before we got another pot. Again, this 2nd pot only had half a pot. We were tired, and decided to give up on trying to get coffee. We stand up and wait 15 minutes at the register before the server comes and checks us out. She then charges me full price for both coffees even after i told her we didnt even get one. She apologized for how«busy» it was(8 people). She saw me not leave a tip(i waited 45 minutes for coffee), and then tried to explain why this wasn’t her fault. She then became very upset that I didnt tip her. She charged me for 2 cups of coffee and I could only drink ½ cup due to her, and then its my fault she does not get tipped? Then she will ASK for a tip? Ridiculous. I am done with IHOP.

SMALL, and SLOW service. I usually hate going to this iHop, but I was with a group that was staying with me, so I chose to go somewhere close by. The server was extremely nice and patient, but the cooks were way too slow and it wasn’t busy at all. I was highly disappointed, and will be avoiding this location at all costs!

There is a lot of servers standing and talking to eachother as people wait to have there orders taking. When we got our drinks we got coffee but she never got us creamer and when the server DID show with it our coffee was cold. They eather need MORE servers or much better training! When looking at the people around use seens everyone was getting parts of there orders, all at difrent times. To the point that by the time you got everything you orderd half of it was cold. Really really bad. Obe more thing, the coffee is BAD! Burnt and has grounds in it!

IHOPs are always a bit hit and miss. Fortunately, I can call this one a hit. I wasn’t sure when I walked in. You enter facing the kitchen, which is weird, and the girl at the cash register was licking a fork and taking a personal phone call. She laconically called, «Door!» But then things improved dramatically. A nice young man greeted me – I think his name was Chris. Then my table was taken over by Robert, who blended just the right amount of attentiveness without hovering. I was craving French toast AND pancakes, which I sheepishly admitted. He didn’t act like that was weird or begin telling me how much it would cost, he just laughed and said, «I feel ya,» and brought what I asked for. He also brought hot syrup and extra butter. The other tables seemed to be faring well, too. I witnessed a female waitress sit down at the booth with an international couple when they asked about the cholesterol in various items. She got a chart and went over it with them, helping them find the healthiest choice. The other waiters and waitresses seemed friendly and happy, too. This was a Sunday afternoon. YMMV. The food was about what you would expect. French toast could have used some cinnamon, but it was sweet and tasty. Harvest grain pancakes are always good. Overall a better experience than I have in most IHOPs.

Gross and dirty. Saw a roach running around like a fool the last time I was in there. Who cares what the food tasted like(and it wasn’t good enough). Go to Waffle House instead.

Upon entering this establishment, you are greeted by the smallest possible corridor someone could make for people to wait and for people to walk through. Once you make your way to the host, if you go on a Sunday, you will be told there is a wait. That’s right, a wait at IHOP??? Anyway, while waiting, you will see servers crowding around the kitchen/serving area just jabbering away; yeah it’s a really cramped restaurant. You’ll see some servers continually leaving the restaurant and coming back in. Servers are frolicking in the parking lot while on duty. To sum it up, this location has VERYPOORMANAGEMENT!!! Once a table opens up, you take a seat only to feel your clothes just adhere to the sticky tabletops. Tables are so close together, I might as well have been eating with the people seated beside me. Again, servers continue to chat away as you wait for one to come over and take your order. The food is just like any other IHOP that is in the US, nothing incredible. Again, you will be required to wait patiently for the check. Oh yeah, did I mention that MANAGEMENTHEREISHORRENDOUS?

IHOP still doesn’t pass the benchmark for«worth the money». Overall prices seem about twice that of Waffle House and for the same quantity and maybe quality. I went and tried their tropical splasher drink and it was a bit nasty tasting. Nothing really works in that drink and it tastes like medicine. Bleh The only time I usually hit up IHOP is that its open 24⁄7 and… well you really get tired of the WaHo environment after a while. Certain things on my list to avoid are the sirloin tips(tasted like it was splashed with soy sauce), the overpriced breakfast items(5 pancakes should not be more than $ 5 in my book), and that tropical splasher. To be safe I go with the following The salads: have generous portions Burgers, since it’s hard to mess up The $ 7 bacon wrapped sirloin plate. The $ 7 Chicken fingers plate The service at this location is really hit or miss.

The thing that makes for a great time eating out is the service. Thanks to waiter Jay, my service today was exceptional. His conversation, care, and attentiveness was on point. I watched as him and another waiter took care of multiple tables with a continued presence of enjoying what they do. I watched as customers repeatedly had a look on their faces of appreciation and satisfaction. I hope to receive either one of them the next time I visit this IHop. Currently, IHop has a deal going on that’s called, * 7 for $ 7. It’s a variety of 7 different meals put together to offer you a savings on dishes that are offered on a regular basis for a lesser cost.

We went here expecting an average IHOP breakfast – Chain food, but good food. Service was fine, and the food was acceptable, but there was a major deal breaker involved… As I enjoyed a second bite of my omelet, a new friend decided to join our party. A roach. Gross. It was bold enough to crawl onto our table, meaning that the bugs have had time to become adventurous. The couple sitting across from us saw it, and said that it was the second they had seen during their meal. We saw four in total before we could make it out the door. I get that the occasional fly, etc. will make it in to a restaurant, but a roach infestation? Let’s just say I won’t be having an IHOP breakfast anytime in the near future.

YUMYUMYUM! our server was very nice and attentive, and it seems as though all the servers are like that. kudos to them! just a note. there were police officers lining up to eat… must be a great place. cheers!

I liked IHOP enough when I lived in California. I was never a big pancake fan, but I loved their hash browns for breakfast and their eggs were always fluffy and delicious. As chains go, I normally give them no higher than 4 stars. So why the 5 stars? They serve grits Bitches!!! Grits, I tell ya. A big ass bowl full of them. They don’t even serve grits at IHOP in Cali. They serve so much that I wanted to take the overage home with me. But, if you know grits, you know that they don’t travel well. :/
