Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting

Good luck getting a hold of anyone in the office as they do not have a staff. The shop manager is incredibly rude, short and could careless about quality control and customer satisfaction. We dropped our vehicle off a week ago to have a full paint done ($ 850 quote) and they promised it would be finished Saturday. Well, they close at noon on Saturdays so we didn’t attempt to pick it up until Monday morning. Between my boyfriend and I, we tried to call literally 30 times before I finally decided to drive an hour to this location. When I arrived there was 4 other people standing in the office not being attended or greeted. I had to walk into the «employees only» area to see my car being re-​sanded down and anything but ready. The shop manager showed me the over abundance of debris that was covering my vehicle with a lovely layer of fresh paint on it. He then said he had to paint it again and it would be ready later that day. I went back Wednesday morning and the car still had terrible sand paper like texture on the front bumper, roof and trunk and they half (insert profound language here) the paint 2 – 3 shades darker then the promised «match» paint color and left drip marks! They same shop manager told us he would only fix half of the four doors that had drip marks and just buff the front bumper. We called corporate and that was a total waste as they act as «mediators» between the shop owner and customers (aka your S.O.L). The shop manager told corporate that it would now cost EXTRA for the work to be finished. We requested that the owner call us and according to corporate «it’s there discretion if they choose to call you back on their time.» Well, no call or concern from the owner, horrible paint job, terrible service and we still don’t have a vehicle. Do not bring your car here unless you want a crap job with crap service.
