I’ve never had a bad experience in this store. From routine shopping to phone fixes to upgrades. Staff is incredibly polite, knowledgeable and do not pressure you towards one decision or another. There is a Sprint store closer to my home but making the trip to this one is totally worth it. Highly recommended.

At my second attempt at purchasing an LG G2 on Sunday, I finally did it! (Read about my horrible experience at Best Buy across the street on Unilocal.) we were greeted as we walked in and helped within minutes.
Crystal asked how she could me, so I blurted out, «I would like to buy an LG G2, switch from Boostmobile to Sprint, and keep my same number.» No problem, she said. *smile
The process took a little longer than I liked, but that was Ok. I had a functioning phone with my old number when I walked out the door.
