We LOVE this pie– I got a marinara/motz + artichokes, green olives & roasted garlic(xtra crispy) last Friday, and it was easily top 5 best pizza I’ve ever had! Really, really good pie & the staff is always very attentive and polite. Definitely our new neighborhood go to!

I happen to find this place by driving by and said I would try one day and today was the day! I went in during lunch hours and to my suprise no line and After debating what I wanted on my pizza since Im vegetarian the options seemed endless! I was very excited to see so many veggies and not the traditional sauces. Everything was fresh and the jalapeño’s w/cheese is what my husband had and he is hard to please and he loved it! The meal deal they had with salad and drink and 6 inch is just the right size. If you call in I bet it might get cold but, I walked in and walked out in 10 mins.

I’ve eaten at this location a few times but it had been a while since I last ate there. I ordered the lunch special — 6″ pizza with three toppings, side salad, and a drink for $ 7.99. A good deal. The side salad I ordered, a Greek salad, was huge and fresh! No complaints. The pizza was a huge disappointment. The dough was soggy. The size of the pizza was just right, the service was good, but that dough! I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Tonight was my first time ordering from there and I got it to go so I don’t know much about their dine-in«experience» but I can honestly say that the pizza I ordered tonight was the best pizza I’ve ever had and pizza is my favorite food. I did a «create your own» pizza and just added a bunch of random toppings that are my favorite. Usually when I do create your own anything it comes out sloppy, random, or just all over the place but this particular pizza taste like its something I ordered off there menu as a favorite. And to top it off, I was greeted with the biggest smile and the saying«served with love» even though it was about 30 minutes before closing. Super pleased with how amazing this pizza is!

First and last time. I ordered by phone and when I came to pick up my order it was wrong but no worries they said it’s ok well make you a new one but first I have to wait in line for a half an hour and after that they want me to pay for the old pizza and the new one. The customer service is bad and the pizza is not that worth it especially since there are many other options near it.

I use to like coming here but the lack of leadership, to insure tables are clean, a woman sitting outside asking people for money, and the Coke was out, pizza without Coke is wrong! I probable will not be coming here anymore sadly to say.

I like maddios generally, but after calling the lavista location eleven times and getting a busy signal, I went with mellow mushroom.

Oh my gosh I really enjoyed this place. I got the spicy Italian pizza and Italian sausage on it is so good. The tomato sauce taste homemade not like that crap they have at other pizza places. Also got the Greek salad and the dressing was pretty tasty. Right now they have a Black Friday special on their Facebook page buy one get one free for anything.

I always take-out from this location. They make great whole wheat pizza. Definitely my place of choice for a pizza night. Great customer service and staff.

My partner and I had not been here before and decided to stop in for lunch. The lunch crew was very lackluster and not exactly friendly. They seemed rather efficient even though there seemed to be quite a lack of ingredients & whatnot, which was blamed on a late delivery.(i.e. Half their non-alcoholic drink selection was out.) It was also obvious that cleanliness of the store wasn’t a high priority, in the customer areas at least. My hubby, who is a pizza snob, wasn’t impressed and proclaimed that we wouldn’t be back.

I didn’t even know this place existed until this week. Came here for dinner with my boys on a Thursday evening and I’m highly surprised about this place. Located right next to Starbucks, not that hard to find in this plaza across the street from Northlake mall. Very family friendly, looks like your typical diner, nothing too fancy. You can spot some kids artwork on the back wall near the fountains and bathroom, I thought it was a cute touch. So what else about this place? You walk in, choose the size of the pizza that you would like, choose three toppings(Addition toppings are added cost), pay, and then you wait. There are all sorts of options to choose from. White or wheat crust, types of sauces, choosing 3 toppings out of that giant board of toppings. Wait… I might need a consultant for all of these choices. I opted for a 9 inch pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. Decent portions, not bad for 6.99 pizza. People were nice throughout the place. Wade came out, checked on us several times. Introduces us to the establishment, told us about trivia night that happens on Thursday nights, he seemed like an all around good guy. Definitely made me feel welcome. So shout out goes to you Wade. Next time I’m there might be a Thursday night at trivia. Gonna kick some ass and get some Maddio’s money.

I’ll be quick, unlike Maddio’s. Zing! We were second in line and had to wait fifteen minutes for the people in front of us to order. I think that, sad as it is, some people can’t hack the pressure of so many choices. Everything is customizable, and they don’t roll out the dough until you order, so the process is quite long. We split a pizza and a salad, and got a beer and an iced tea, and the bill was $ 32 including tip. The salad was okay, nothing special. It had chicken salad on it, and they were out of two of the standard toppings(grapes and walnuts. They subbed in craisins and almonds, which were fine). The pizza was mediocre, and my husband, who won’t eat delivery pizza, said it was worse than any delivery pizza chain. I didn’t think it was terrible, but with Mellow Mushroom and Avondale Pizza Café(and Savage!) as close to our house and the same price, I don’t feel a need to return.

Just not my cup of tea… or maybe I just ordered wrong, but either way I was unimpressed. We so need decent restaurants in the Tucker area that I almost feel bad giving a negative review. That said, the staff at lunch time seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else. My food(basil chicken salad panini) was bland and the bread was too thick and flavorless. I may try again but it won’t be a first choice for me.

Does not sell by the slice Quick service Maddio’s house salad, $ 8.01 w/tax: fresh greens, i.e. No wilted greens, delicious chicken(not dry), red onion, crunch cucumbers, almonds, garlic flatbread(like croutons? But not really. I liked them). Not a fan of their raspberry vinaigrette though. So I got Greek instead. Menu divided into three sections with sufficient variety: pizza, panini, and salad Will be back to try the personal pizzas!!!

Pretty cool pizza place located by Northlake Mall. It also has the same name as one of my cousins so I’m dieing to bring him here. Well the pizza is pretty good, I think it’s all in how you make it. It reminds me of a sandwich shop where you pick what you want and they put it on your pizza rite in front of you.

Tasty– Affordable– Filling You walk in and select the type of pizza, or the topping you would like, then you pick your crust, and then the sauce, get it loaded up and they make it all right in front of you, kind of like a pizza chipolte– :) They also have good salads and lunch combos, the bread thinggys at the end of the counter are so yummy and come with the salads. The coke-a-cola cake is also pretty yummy. freestyle for drinks is nice too:) The prices are on par for a normal lunch/meal with fast food. They also have a take a bake option which is pretty awesome! The manager is always around and super friendly

This place is suffering from a few forgivable growing pains. It’s a new establishment so I can forgive a few kinks in the WiFi, etc. All in all this seems to be a pizza joint slanted towards the eat-in customers rather than take out. You can, however, order a raw pizza and take it home to cook if you’re into that type of thing. The in house menu has a larger selection than the online menu. Which wouldn’t be a problem if they accommodated the aging crowd by having a copy of the menu you can view up close prior to having someone standing in your face asking you for your order. Verdict, they have good pizza. If you are adventurous and want a custom pizza with specialty crust and specialty toppings, then this is your place. If you’d be happy eating a simple yet good slice of pepperoni then don’t bother.

I haven’t eaten at this location yet but wanted to start the reviews with my own endorsement of the concept as I eat frequently at the location off of Ashford Dunwoody Rd near Perimeter Mall. I was in the area today and noticed this new location was having a grand opening — the line went down the sidewalk since they were giving away free food. I didn’t have time to wait to eat, but if I did you can be sure I would have stood in line. If you haven’t tried this yet you should.
