Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut’s pie is, generally, alright. But, it seems, every time we order from this Hut, something’s missing or wrong. Tonight we ordered a box with cheese sticks (ya pay extra for that, ya see). What we got was either bread sticks or cinnamon sticks. No one is quite sure. What we are sure of is they were NOT the cheese sticks we ordered. How hard can it be, honestly? Disappointing. We won’t be ordering from this Pizza Hut again.

Good food and friendly staff. The pizza was made just the way I ordered it and the wings were nice and spicy.

Took over two hours for my pizza to be delivered. I called after about an hour and a half passed, and the guy who answered the phone sounded super unprofessional. «Uhhhhhh, I don’t know? He left like ten minutes ago»

The employees there were playing the entire time. I ordered my pizza and asked the guy working at the front to signal me once my pizza was done. When my pizza was done, one guy was passing it to the other guy (playing around), then the pizza fell on the floor. He didn’t even try to replace it. Instead he act like it didn’t happen, and knew I was watching the entire time and still tried to sell me the food. Poor customer service!!!

I love this location. It would have had 5 stars, but on two different occasions, they were out of my favorite pizza ingredients (spinach and bacon). The customer service here is satisfactory, but the quality is 100%. My pizza looks just like the commercials. It’s so scrumptious that we usually eat there twice a week. I have to do carry out when I order from here (since it’s not my local Pizza Hut), so I make a trip out of it. I use the online app and type in what time that I want to pick it up. I type in an hour from when I place my order so that I can stop by the mall or Publix in the nearby plaza, grab some things, then be there in time to pick up my pizza while it’s still hot. They should have my pic up on the wall because of how often I order from there.

I had called in to order a pizza, The girl on the phone she was absolutely clueless to what the menu was in the prices, but the manager was great and he fixed my order … Thanks Pizza Hut!!! Great service. Pizza was ok but not there fault…

This is the one near Northlake Mall. I haven’t had any big problems with them. The product is a tad inconsistent. The most recent pizzas, which involved the asiago crust and the pretzel crust, were very tasty. On previous visits, the asiago crust had barely any asiago. I always order extra sauce, because I like sauce.
There are coupon codes online that can save some money, and it’s a lot less expensive than the typical sit-​down place, where a large pizza is now up to 20 – 25 bucks.
