You will not find a more beautifully restored building anywhere in the area. It is gorgeous. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming and full of local stories. The gift shop has a lot of unique items that are great for gifts. I had tea there with some friends. It was delicious and lots of fun. This is a hidden gem in Tuckerton.

The Lizzie Rose is a beautifully restored tea room /​restaurant. The surroundings, lovely dining music, make it a wonderful dining experience. However, during the winter time, they serve only on Fri Sat Sun. My friends and I were there on Friday. They were out of the quiche, croissants and the soup of the day!!! ??? Needless, to say we were disappointed. The service was very good, although slow, due to one waitress. My selection was very good, the chicken and spinach wrap, and of course, a nice hot pot of tea was very nice. This was my second time here. I will defiantly be back ;)
