Well, another screw job. I had money on the books as they encourage prepayment for services. Not a good idea, my money is long gone and so are they. I called corporate and they said if I am ever in California or Colorado I could use it there, yea, right, I am going to travel 1000’s of miles for that. Bad company, no wonder they are out of business.

Bought a discounted facial first, was talked into buying 3 more. Then the aesthician they had there quit. They didn’t have anyone hired for over 8 months! I got tired of their promises to hire someone and requested a refund. Was told the do not issue refunds and was offered Torc body sessions credit. I do not need that! I was told that the supervisor would call me back to resolve the issue but that never happened. Beware of this place, it’s a scam!!!

Disappointed ! I bought my first Torc session with a Double Take Deal discount. I was a little skeptical about losing fat and inches laying on a table doing nothing but I was willing to give it a try. He measured me in 3 places. The brochure states you lose up to 3 inches on your first session but it doesn’t say 3 inches collectively. So a little deceiving. I lost 3 inches collectively but when I measured at home it was not the same? I went ahead and bought another special for 5 more sessions. I felt this staff is a little unprofessional due to each time I went in for my session he would ask me what session we were on? Shouldn’t he know what session I am on? I feel they should have looked up to see where we were and how many I had left. So on my last session he asked me if I had made my next apt? I stated no I thought that was my last session and he then looked it up and it was. I then asked him if he was going to measure me and he stated yes we can? So my results were the same as where we started and I was actually a little bigger in one area. He didn’t try to sell me more sessions and just stated if I was ever interested in anymore to let him know. Well of course I’m not interested in any more and I think these Torc body contouring sessions may not be all what they are saying it is ?? I felt like I wasted my money on this body contouring ! I guess the saying is true if it seems to good to be true it probably is !
