A Lotta Storage

I will never recommend this place. I have been here multiple times to get stamps or mail letters because it is close to my work. The woman who works the front desk seems to have an attitude every time I go in there. The first few times I ignored it but now it just gets to me.
Today I went in to mail a letter internationally. I arrived about 10 minutes early so I waited in my car for the door to open. A man came and opened the door at 9 and when I went in he said that the systems weren’t even started so I would have to wait. He was new and advised me that the other lady who was training him would be here soon to help me. I waited about 5 minutes and she finally showed up but the systems still weren’t ready. I didn’t have the time to wait as I had to get back to my office so I just left.
I feel that if a business opens at 9 a.m., an employee should be there a few minutes early to get all the computers and systems up and running so that customers can get in and out quickly. I will never return to this place and will take the extra time to go to the post office.

I started out here with a reservation made to expedite the matter. But upon arrival while greeted nicely I waited for 15 mins with 2 customers ahead of me and still got no where. I can’t recommend them based on my experience but maybe yours will be better. One guy was on the phone figuring out his issue yet I couldn’t get my transaction started in the meantime. My daughter and I left to give the business to some one more deserving of it. We found success with someone else called Lotta Storage.
