Can I give this ZERO stars? I wish that I would have known all of the issues here BEFORE it was booked. But I booked my whole vacation package through priceline and it looked acceptable on the website. I checked in about 8pm and the lady who checked me in was fine. Got to my room and put my bag in, then left to go get dinner. When I returned I was ready for bed, so I pulled the blankets back and the sheets had CLEARLY not been changed. They were all crinkled and crumpled with hair and dirt in the sheets. So I called the front desk(from my cell phone, as there is no phone in the room) and told them the sheets were dirty and I wanted new ones. So a man brought them to me and was handing them to me… and I got mad because I have been traveling all day long. The LAST thing I feel I should have to do is now change the sheets on a dirty ass bed for myself. He said«Oh, that is not my job. The maids are gone» And I said, Well it’s not MY job either. It should have really already been made with clean sheets when I checked in. And he walked away saying well, it’s not my job, but I will talk to the maids tomorrow. So I start to make my own bed, and realized he did not bring new pillow cases either. Both of which had hairs all over them. He begrudgingly brings me 2 pillowcases and I show him the others and say, WOULDYOULIKETOLAYYOURHEADONTHIS? And he said oh no of course not. I asked him when the owner would be in because I would like to talk to him/her about this stuff. Stating again that I was not too happy about having to change the sheets myself. THEN he said to me. HOWMUCHDOYOUWANTTOPAYME? What? I said you get paid by this company to work here and if you are the staff on duty, then whatever the need is is your responsibility. And he said«I don’t make enough money for that, I don’t even care.» Now that is some great friendly service. Lol I will be contacting Wyndham and trying to get a hold of the owner, though it seems they probably couldn’t give a s***! I also will be contacting and letting them know the kind of place they are partnering with. Disappointed, but stuck since it’s paid for already.

If I can give no star, I would. This place is just… nasty… I had to suck it up and just stay the night since I had paid AFTER seeing others review about this place…

This place needs to be closed down by the health department. This place is a dump, not a motel. There is mold all over the shower. There is no pressure in the shower. The towels are dirty. There is hair all over the bathroom. The sheets and pillows are dirty. My pillow had gum all over it. The sheets look like they are from the 50’s & stains all over. The carpets haven’t been vacuumed. My headboard from the bed fell off, and is just laying on the floor. Everything is dirty, stained, molding.

Awful Experience — This Knight’s Inn location was formerly an old Motel 6 that became a Roadway Inn and has now become a Knight’s Inn under Wyndham Hotels Brand. This motel is not in the best condition. Wyndham should be ashamed and embarrassed to associate with this dump. Next door, is a Motel 6 that took over an old Choice Hotel Group building. 1⁄3 of the rooms at the Motel 6 have been updated and renovated. FYI: The Motel 6 would be a better choice for lodging in a similar price point if you were looking for a place to stay in this area. The current Knight’s Inn is lacking good hospitality and clean rooms. The staff was not very caring or considerate regarding issues or concerns. I arrived after 8pm and the lobby front desk area was locked up. I was expected to check in at a sound proof bullet proof glass window with a bank deposit type drawer. The lack of a sound or speaker system to communicate with the hotel desk staff on duty made it very frustrating and difficult to check in. During my check in process, the guy kept asking for my I.D. I provided my I.D. and felt violated when I saw that he took my I.D. to the copy machine. I did not realize this is what my I.D. would be used for. I was regretful that I reserved this hotel and was bound into the horrible situation once I discovered what my lodging experience would be. The motel grounds are not well maintained. The room was not clean like it should have been. The television did not have a crisp picture. I noticed debris on the desk, collected dust in the bathroom, filthy stains in and around the shower, and there was dried food or liquid on the carpet and bed skirt. I woke up in the morning to a bug crawling on my arm while I was in the bed. One of the ice machines was out of order. The motel does not offer any type of continental breakfast. There were no snacks in the snack machine. You are lucky to get a small cup of coffee with powdered creamer. I brought a cup of oatmeal with me on my trip and went to the front desk to see if I could get some hot water. The attendant had a displeased look on his face and an unpleasant attitude as he told me, «No hot water is available». They won’t event get you hot water. I called Wyndham Hotels Guest Relations to complain, I was told they would contact the hotel management to let them know. The Wyndham Guest Relations representative(Jessica) did not seem very concerned about my complaint. There really was not a resolution that was offered. The hotel staff did not make things right. Now, I wanted to let others know about my experience so you could save yourselves from making the mistake of booking a room at this Knight’s Inn. You might be sorry if you get yourself dedicated to stay here. Unless you don’t mind unsanitary or substandard lodging conditions. Do yourself a favor, learn from my experience and don’t stay at this Knight’s Inn location. Don’t say I did not warn you. Buyer Beware!!!

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I was at this place for only 10 Minutes. I was on a road trip cross country. It was getting late and we just needed a cheap place to sleep. We chose this Knights Inn at $ 50 a night. We arrive and pay. Go to the room and felt like something was off about the place. I pulled the sheets back and there were stains on them. The metal security latch to protect the door from opening looked like it had been jammed open by excessive force and a tool of some sort. There was a women a few doors down who insisted on knowing what room I was in when it was none of her business. While down at the car grabbing my stuff I heard a violent domestic dispute going on in the room above while I was simultaneously followed by a suspicious man to my room. When I looked at him he shifted his gaze and tried to act like he was lost. All of this these things added up in my head to get the hell out of here if you value your life. I went back to the front and asked for my money back. The woman told me she can’t give refunds and to contact her manager. I was given a business card y. I called early that next morning asked for the manager by name and was told he no longer worked there. When I asked for the person I was speaking withs name he refused it and hung up on me. I was there 10 minutes. I didn’t use the room and had to buy a second hotel room down the street for more $. Avoid this place.
