Our experience with A1 was very good. Danny our service tech was timely, pleasant, knowledgeable and focused on doing exactly what we needed to have completed. The work was exceptionally well done and completed in a minimum amount of time. Having a background in teaching technology education, I will attest to the quality of the work. It was better than most of the service provided by local telecom vendors. We will be using A1 for our additional service needs.

There are some really amazing people that work here. As a result of their intelligence, experience, hard work, and espceially their compassion for people and for what they do: A-1 Communications has clearly become the very best. If you feel as though you are getting the run around, being lied to and/or passed off to the side like you don’t even matter by other companies… you probably are. Look to A-1 Communications to help you.

I’m going to keep this one brief(pun totally intended, come back to it), mainly because now that I have internet at my home there are so many other things I’d rather be doing. It took 5 weeks, a bunch of phone calls to Cox, more technicians and grounds-people than I can count, and finally Eugene who wouldn’t leave my home until I had internet. Why was it so hard? I’m living in new construction, I wasn’t really set up for Cox cable, and even after a bury crew put in a line, something in my home was jacked up and preventing me from surfing the web. It took Eugene going into my closet, inches away from my «Calvins» to notice there was a mysterious wall plate, and a slew of cable behind it that hadn’t been patched correctly. WELL, two hours later I had internet and a small load of delicates in the rinse cycle(I wasn’t going to wear underwear that a cable installer was all up in!) Santa has elves, I had Eugene.
