I had a serious motorcycle accident that nearly amputated my lower right leg about a year and 8 months ago. It was necessary to remove 4 packs of my abdominal muscles to put on my leg (it’s called a flap). Couldn’t put my right boot on so took it to have a zipper installed. He did a fantastic job and for a great price! I’ve used him about 4 times for various things from boots to belts. Never been disappointed.

Quality service, and decent prices for the repairs that they’ve performed for me. Secon the reviews stating that the owner is helpful and friendly, as well.
I didn’t realize it until this month, but they actually moved locations, and are now at 7402 E. Broadway, over by the Shaffer Dry Cleaning. Actually may be a better location for them, as they can draw some business from the laundry patrons, and aren’t tucked behind Beyond Bread… Also looks like they’re closed on Sundays and Mondays.

I was hoping the nice man who owns the shop would be able to clean my leather purse and heels, but he said he couldn’t do anything about my purse (which is ok… I didn’t expect much). He did say he could fix up my heels, though. When I picked them up today they looked WORSE than when I dropped them off! He said he couldn’t do anything about the scuff; he tried to color the leather under the little tear. Well, he actually made the scuff even worse :(I wish I hadn’t dropped of my precious heels there, and wasted my gas driving across Tucson to get to his shop.
Also, he’s on Broadway, east of Kolb. Not Speedway… another inconvenience :/

Ditto the other review! i switched to Alpine on a recommendation and i’m sure glad i did… the owner is very communicative, honest and has a great personality despite hanging out with needy shoes all day. decent prices and super convenient neighborhood joint located behind Beyond Bread.
