The customer service hasn’t improved. It’s baffling to me why the salespeople in this store would be so unwelcoming and unhelpful given the economy. I’ve been in this store several time and each time, ignored. The clothes are pretty but that’s about all I can say on the positive side.

Love Ann Taylor! Timeless. Classic. FAB. Do not love this store. Sales reps were not helpful, unattentive, and borderline rude. If it wasn’t for my love of fashion and fashion at 65% off I would’ve ran like hell. 65% off price should never mean 65% off service especially considering I frequent Ann Taylor at full price often. The only reason why I am giving two stars is because after I jedi– mind tricked it out of her the cashier was friendly and kind. I’m not sure ill be back. If I do put on my Star Wars gear and go back for more you all will be the first to know!
