I’ve been here for about five months, and I’ve been able to learn more in that time than I did in my first three years of dance. When I came in, I’d been on a year’s hiatus from ballet for personal reasons, and Ashley guided me back into ballet in a way that revived my passion for it.
The studio, while providing professional training for adults, is very inclusive in regards to age, ability and body type. Classes quickly become a form of community; I not only met fellow adult dancers, but have also made some really good friends as a result.
I would highly recommend getting the 10-​class pass. It’s worth it!

Best studio I’ve ever danced at! The beginning Jazz class is a favorite of mine, and beginning ballet is awesome too. Looking for professional dance instruction when you’re an adult is extremely difficult, and that’s exactly what I found they cater to here. Artifact welcomes all levels, from total beginner to advanced, so everyone feels comfortable. Even if you’re just looking for a fun workout this is the place (dancer’s body, anyone?). My technique and my confidence has improved since dancing here – cannot recommend this studio enough!
