Talk about getting ripped off! I went to get a ceramic band watch adjusted and the lady said that due to it being ceramic it would cost $ 20.00. I was desperate and paid. Came back to San Diego, went in to get a battery for another watch and just for fun, I asked how much they would charge for an adjustment on my ceramic watch which I was wearing. Guess how much? $ 5.00!!! DONOTTHROWAWAYYOUR $ ANDGOELSEWHERE!

This place is far more expensive then another watch repair shop in the Tucson mall I have tried to give them business over and over and end up at the same place by the JC Penney store I forget what the name of it is called but they take care of you right away and if its not even close to as expensive as this place

I’ve always been very pleased with the work performed on repairing or modifying my watches. The service is fast, usually while you wait or sometimes while you shop. I’ve never had to leave an item overnight to get fixed. I highly recommend the service.

This is the place for people like me who ridiculous about their watches, yes i am am that guy. I have been collecting watches as long as I can remember and there is up keep especially on the older ones. I first discovered this place about 10 years ago, when I was having problems with my band on one of my Tag Heuer’s, I took it to all the high end stores and none of them could fix it, when a friend of mine told me about Az Watch, in the Tucson Mall. They said they were the best in town, I reticent at first to go to the mall of all places, to get a high end watch fixed. I did and they did a phenomenal job, and I have been a taking all my watches there ever since, from the cheap watch I got on the streets of Phnom Penh Cambodia, to my Tags, I would not trust anybody else with them. I am going in next month to have them fix my vintage Omega. Don’t waist your time with anybody else!

I used to agree with the positive reviews posted here. My husband and I have both had many fine watches serviced here over the past few years. Lately, we’ve noticed that they’ve dramatically increased the prices on batteries, which was enough to give us pause in using them again. The deal breaker, and real heart breaker, came two weeks ago when we dropped off a special watch to be serviced. Long story short, we picked it up early due to a change in plans and the staff swore up and down that the owner didn’t even open it up to get started. But the strap being off and the new jerky movement indicated otherwise. You can’t get parts for this watch anymore, and we now know that our watch parts were switched out instead of just being serviced. If you’ve got an average watch and don’t mind paying too much for a battery, go ahead. But if you’ve got something special, I’d take it elsewhere. Sorry to say, it’s not the reliable place it once was.

I concur with the previous review. This is a trustworthy store – much better than the«other» watch repair shop found in the Tucson Mall. Services are reasonably priced and the owner doesn’t try to sell you things you do not need. A+.

We’ve been going to AZ Watch and Jewelry Service for years now. It is the best place in Tucson to find a battery for your watch, to buy new or used watches and clocks, or to have your watches or jewelry repaired or serviced. The staff is always helpful and very honest. They won’t try to sell you something you don’t need, or repair something not worth repairing. If all you need is a $ 5 battery, that is all they will sell you. If your watch can be repaired, they won’t try to sell you a new one. We have taken in very expensive watches and not worried about leaving them there to be repaired. This is a small shop fighting to stay alive in a commercial mall space. Stop in and give them a look.
