They get mine & all of my co workers delivery orders wrong all of the time, even after we’ve spoken to the manager several times. The food tastes great, but it’s not fun getting continuously overcharged for things you didn’t order, or checking your bag & realizing you’re missing things you did ask for

I hate to leave a bad review here because this place has good quality food, but they seem to get my order wrong 70−80% of the time. I’ve been using the online ordering function found on their website for many months now. I don’t know if it’s a problem with the website or if the issue is occurring at the store, but this has happened way too many times for me not to say something about it. For example, if I check the box online that says«No Cream Cheese» they still give me cream cheese. If I check the box that says«Extra Sprouts» they won’t give me any sprouts at all. When they get it right, the food is great, but that doesn’t seem to be happening often enough for me to continue going there. Shame on me for giving it so many chances I guess. If the staff can’t handle special requests then they shouldn’t provide it as an option.

Just have to put a shout out to Baggins sandwiches in Marana, AZ! Not only did they expertly wrap our sandwiches and put them on ice for our long journey to Green Valley, but they also went out of their way to bag up something special for our four legged friend, Jake. It was a very kind gesture and put a smile on all of our faces! Thank you Baggins for making us feel special! #bagginsgourmetsandwiches #holidaykindness and our sandwiches were delicious!

This is a local chain in Tucson that has been around for more than 30 years and they make killer gourmet sandwiches. I can’t stop thinking about their«almost» Reuben. It is loaded with grilled pastrami, coleslaw(who knew?), thousand island dressing and melted Swiss cheese that literally pulls away in long stringy gooey goodness when you bite into it on a perfectly toasty grilled marbled rye bread. And while it seems pretty pricey for $ 8.99, a full sandwich is enough to split with friend. Oh, and they serve it with a mini home made chocolate chip cookie. They have a great selection of signature sandwiches and grilled sandwiches to satisfy most any taste, including vegetarian. Although I did not notice GF breads, they have soups that you can order alone or with a half sandwich and a nice assortment of bread bowl salads(that you can likely get without the bread bowl). I was also pleasantly surprised to see a Sobe Zero on the fountain drink selections. I have to admit, I could not stop thinking about that sandwich the next few days, and can’t wait until I am back in Tucson again to split another Baggin’s Almost Reuben.

So glad a Baggin’s made its way up to this side of town! Its so, so delicious and this location, in particular, has always been spot on with their menu items — never a problem! My personal favorite is the Sundown(minus mayo). LOVE it year-round(doesn’t even have to be Thanksgiving time). But don’t sleep on their grilled cheeses either. I know, I know. Why go pay $ 5+ for a grilled cheese you could make at home with items you already have on-hand? Because. That’s why. It’s that freaking good. They have a jalapeño popper grilled cheese made with cream cheese and jalapeños. OMGdelish!!! Their regular gourmet grilled cheese is good, too. One tip with these is if you like to do a soup/sandwich combo(half sandwich and cup of soup), just skip the combo and get the full sandwich + soup. The grilled cheeses are the cheapest sandwich on the menu so it actually works out CHEAPER to get the full sandwich + cup of soup rather than the combo. You miss out on the drink if you don’t do the combo, but I don’t care about the drink to begin with, so it works out for me.

Every Baggins I have ever been to has friendly staff, clean environment, and awesome food. My favorite sandwich is the Unforgettable which never disappoints, and the sandwich special was Blue Dutch which was AWESOME! They should make this a permanent item on the menu.

The staff was very friendly and polite, but the cheesesteak was not for me.(I’m a Charley’s Steakery girl tho). So I gave it to my hubby and had the Almost Reuben instead. It was much better. If the prices were a little more reasonable(like $ 6 max, not $ 9), this review would pry be 4 stars.

Baggin’s is all over Tucson, and for good reason. The sandwiches here are awesome. My favorite is the Hopi Chicken — tarragon chicken, avocado, bacon, and mayo on sourdough. My wife loves the southwest tuna, which has tomatoes and jalapeños and cheese. Plus, every sandwich comes with a soft cookie. Yum!

Excellent veggie sandwich. Just a little too much cheese for me. So I just had it with the cream cheese and a discount. How many places do that? Great décor, very creative. Very friendly staff too. You can order ahead by phone or Internet and pick it up.

Got ½ sandwich and cup of Green Chile Chicken soup. Pastrami and as good but soup was way better. So good in fact going in to order a bowl to take to my friend.

Visited yesterday during lunch hour. It was not particularly busy but the staff seemed very out of sorts. 3 different people called out my order and the preparer still came forward to ask what the order was. I oredered the Cowboy. I enjoyed the generous portions of meat and avacado. It was seasoned nicely. The green chile tortilla soup was good as well. Overall nice lunch spot with variety, simple and straightforward sandwich.

Went here today 3⁄10 because it’s the new Baggins near my side of town. This is a solid sandwich shop, based on my first visit I will be back. I had the chicken cheesesteak with marinara sauce and hot peppers. If I had any misgivings its with the bread. It’s a little soft but only deduct one star for that. Employees are paying attention. Go here. The next day… I noticed they had a tuna melt on the menu called Southwest Tuna melt. It comes on sour dough with Cheddar cheese, Tomato slices and lettuce and for ‘kick’ some chopped Jalapeños I believe. Well it is maybe one the best,(seriously) Tuna melts I’ve ever had and I seek them out where ever they are offered. It was messy and delicious, so much so that I will return just to see if they can do it again. the true test! Tuna Melt= 5 stars The management is right on top of this place and it shows.

A wonderful addition to Marana! The Unforgettable Baggins is predictably wonderful across all locations. Always enjoyable and excited to be eating here often.

I had the High Baggin’s and pasta salad. The High Baggin’s was delicious but it could have used an extra strip of bacon. The pasta salad was fine but not good enough to get me to pay $ 2 for that small portion again. They were very fast considering how busy they were. I’ll be back.

Great sandwiches and awesome tomato basil soup. I love the spiced tea! The service is great. It gets little busy during lunch so you’ll have to listen for them calling your name to get you your food.
