So good! So fresh, when you order online they pay attention to the special instructions. Yummy!

I honestly don’t understand where the 5 star reviews come from. They make sandwich’s that are very average. Maybe the 5 star people have never had a sandwich before? I was going to give them 3 stars for being average but my order was messed up quite a bit & I got sick later. I asked for no Swiss but got it anyways. I asked to add some things but never got them. Bread is blah. Ingredients is blah. Skip this place.

This was my first time going, and I thought the food was decent, though a bit overpriced. However, what really pissed me off was watching the two hard working ladies behind the counter making hot and cold sandwiches and working the register while(what appeared to be) the manager ignored employees and customers alike in favor of making sure the windows were clean. Those ladies definitely could have used some help and it didn’t seem to even occur to the manager.

Just bought a turkey sandwich from here. I had it «Mikes way» with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, vinegar & oil, pepper and a pinch of salt. They cut the cheese(hehe) and turkey right there to make the sandwich. I ate it when I got home thinking it would be soggy but the bread really stood up to it all and was still crunchy. It was delicious. I can’t wait to go back and share their sandwiches with my family. I hope they stay! Such a treat when you’re so use to Subway and Eegees. Just saw someone’s review about $ 15. I just ordered a sandwich bc I already had a drink. Mine was $ 7 something. … And the person ate«in disgust»? Wow. Glad I didn’t have their experience. The bread was flaky… That I love. Mikes seemed fresh instead of traditional store bought bread that is so condensed and feels like a brick after you eat it. Just thought I’d respond.

Have not been to Tucson location yet but went to one in Chicago and thought it was pretty good for a sub shop. I look forward to trying out a Tucson location to see if it’s comparable, hopefully there will be one closer to the south east side sometime in the future.

Stopped in here one day after work as it is a new fresh place to try near my house. It is more like a Subway/Quiznos/Jimmy John’s type sandwich. I had their Italian and it was good. It is pretty standard. I would rate them above Quiznos and Subway but neck and neck with Jimmy John’s. Prices seemed a slight bit stiff for size, but they do use high quality ingredients and are proud of it. The service was great and I could see myself coming back here.

Subway? Who’s Subway? Jersey Mike’s is a very welcome alternative to Subway! I go there after my workout, and have a «Sub in a Tub», which is any sandwich ingredients that can be put into a tub instead of two pieces of bread to give it that low — carb flair. I like that very much! The Buffalo Chicken is exquisite, and for a little spice, try adding some hot red pepper relish to your entrée. It gives it a kick! The people are friendly and seem to be having a good time with themselves. Very professional and courteous. This place has a lot of positive energy and great tasting subs, with generous proportions of meat!(IMHO) If you’re in the mood for subs, try this place!

Great place to get a sub. Prices are a bit high, but so is every other sub place, so don’t let price steer you away. Pretty good selection in sandwich choices.

This place is way overpriced for the amount of meat they put on the sandwich. I paid like $ 15 for a big cheesesteak and was just shaking my head in disgust while I swallowed it down(have to finish it). I ordered this sandwich that has chicken instead of beef, my bad. The ingredients of the sandwich were flavorful with two major exceptions: The meat The bread The bread is crucial to a solid sammich. They just miss the mark here, it is bland and was a little but flaky vs. soft. The other ingredients like he cheese, peppers, onions, and jalapenos were nice touches to what amounted to eating a 15 inch shoe. This place is better than Subway in taste however for the price I want more.

Subs were tasty but as others have mentioned that the wait for a hot sub is ridiculously long compared to a cold sub. I ordered one of each and seems like the workers on the hot sub line were not even working w/nearly the same level of urgency. Mall store hot sub places may take 5 min, here though be prepared to wait 20 min if you go that route

Wonderful place for lunch. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and they have many repeat customers even though they have not been open long. As a former New Yorker I finally found a real sub in Tucson. Thank you

Move over Jimmy Johns! This place is pretty good! Yums: I had a club supreme and my boyfriend got a Chipotle Cheese steak and were they both pretty tasty. There was plenty of meat and fixins on the subs and I love the to-go packaging! Staff is super friendly and the store was very clean. Hmmm: I wish there was a different system for the hot subs. It is yummy and worth the small wait but it seems weird to get your cold sandwiches and then have to wait for the hot(they should come out together). Also I think that the hot subs should be asked if they want lettuce or something else on it because my boyfriend wanted to add mustard and lettuce and that didnt seem to be an option unless we pre-asked but we didnt know that we should do that. Overall I will be going back but I think I might try calling ahead next time so I dont have to wait :)

Okay, so growing up in Tucson means that we don’t really have a mast variety of sub places. Growing up the only places I ate at were Eegee’s(which beats everyone still) and good ol’ Subway. Jersey Mike’s is the type of place that«we know about but isn’t our first pick on the list» which is just like Jimmy Johns(which I barely had for the first time this year as well, I know). This place is just. eh? When I went my first time, the place was moderately busy and for me the whole sandwich making process is confusing. My second visit really got under my skin. The only communication I received was«What will you be having today?» «Are you having it Mike’s Way?» That is it. Of course I said yes to Mike’s way but I had some moderations but the girl making the sandwich was too busy talking to her coworker waiting in line to get a sandwich. Only reason I couldn’t speak up was I had no idea what my sandwich looked like(reminder this is only my second time here so I’m fairly new). I didn’t want to say«NOTOMATOESPLEASE» on a sandwich that wasn’t mine. Of course, I had to go through the terrible process of seeing this employee put tomatoes and that red wine vinegar on my sandwich. I would’ve liked some mayo but she never blinked an eye to me. Alright, here’s the part of getting my sandwich. The only people that tried to talked to me were the older employees hence maybe because they were taught good manners(I’m only a young adult but working in customer service you at least have to say how are you). The cashier never asked if I wanted to eat at the restaurant or to take it home. So then I had to be the annoying customer and ask for a bag. I must admit that the sandwiches are not bad at all. It’s the customer service that comes with it. Most of the employees seemed like it was their first day. I understand asking if I want it Mike’s Way but the person who is putting the toppings on my sandwich should at least ask if I wanted anything extra. Nothing too special, but it isn’t terrible either. Just went because we had some coupons(which everyone there had as well). Maybe they just weren’t used to so much customer flow since in Tucson, where do you hear about Jersey Mike’s? It’s an OK stop.

However good the service was and it was ok. It wasnt great they made my cheesesteak– peppers grilled onions extra cheese! upon receiving the smaller version of the sandwich, I ate more than half way through before I received the 1st and only bite of one sweet pepper. knowing that should have been laced with them that was disappointing when I complained they said oops sorry!!! I had already eaten the sandwich, it was still good, it just should not be named cheesesteak!!! sorry

While not my number one choice this is a great sub… Definitely not lower than my number 2 sub place. Bread is crusty but not hard. Veggies are very fresh. I ordered online and I arrived just as they finished up my order. The manager was very friendly and ensured my order was correct. Store was very clean. We wanted to stop on Saturday but the parking lot was full and we couldn’t even get into the lot. We definately will put this on our routine for subs.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to grab some subs. First time customer. 8 people in line in front of me on a Saturday at 4:30pm, not bad. Took 30 minutes to get 3 subs to go. Horrible service. There were about 7 employees working, but only 1 on the grill so hot subs were taking a very long time. No offer of a discount, nothing but a «sorry for the wait». Won’t be back any time soon. Subs were ok, bread was good. Not worth waiting 30 minutes for though.

Delicious and the bread was super fresh. There was a nice guy at the front welcoming everyone. We will be back.
