I go in there all the time. The guys are really helpful and do everything they can to get you what you need. When you get a new phone, they go through everything in the contract with you. To be completely honest, I’ve seen people come in complaining they didn’t know about something in the contract, and that no one told them about it. Usually, they aren’t paying attention either 1. They are too excited, playing with their new phones or 2. They don’t care cuz they think they know all there is to know. So that’s their own fault. There are times when they can’t do as much, because they are a 3rd party, so they send you to the corporate store. But other than that, the store is excellent! Clean, well maintenanced, and very organized. If they don’t have what you want in the store, they will either go pick one up from a different store or order one online. They really do everything they can to get you taken care of.
