Bitter or overly sweetened coffee? Not here!
The line is always long but it’s worth it because they never serve a bad cup of joe here. At $ 5+ per cup its important to have a good barista. I wouldn’t advise studying here, the small over crowded space isn’t ideal for those serious students.

I’m the only person here and they are taking care of drive thru.
There are three people working and not one of them can handle the people that are walking through the door.
When I asked if my drink was ready the answer was I’m sorry the drive-​through is busy
Hi I’m not in the drive-​through
The only person not making drinks is taking out the garbage

I like this Starbucks. I actually prefer it to the one off of Ina when I am heading out of town and it is my last convenient Starbucks stop before I hit the long drive to Cali. Always clean, friendly staff who write my name correctly on the cup, clean bathrooms and they never mess my drink up. Way to go!

I agree with most the reviews that this location can be, once in a while, hit or miss. The location is convenient but the parking lot is small and the drive through can be just disastrous. On most occasions it is faster to go inside than it is to wait in line.

I love Starbucks but don’t frequent them too often since the coffee prices have gone out of sight (and I am a cheap bast***). I had a Cappuccino and it was good, but not that perfect Starbucks burnt Espresso taste I so dearly love. But, in a pinch, it will do!

Came in for the ½ off Frap Monday. The place is packed, but still got great service, and the place is clean.
Other than that, it’s a Starbucks. Pretty much it’s all the same as the others.

Nice drive-​thru which was great when staying in the area on vacation with our dog. Also, looks like this location has nice outdoor seating, but we didn’t get to use it since we were on the run to see family each time we stopped in here.

This location is very hit or miss with their service and quality.
I have had them not get my order correct a coupe of times and the person taking orders/​at the window acting like they wanted to be anywhere else but there and the drive-​thru line takes forever to get through!
However, when you catch them on a good day, they are awesome! I was only in Tucson for 7 days (and literally went to this location every single day because my family members live off Cortaro Farms), but on the day that Rebekah (and a guy whose nametag I wasn’t able to see) worked, not only did I get my sconed warmed up (like I asked), I got a correct order and total and smile at the window. So this place can be a crapshoot, but it was the closest location to me during my stay and proximity to a caffeine fix takes priority!

Close friendly and convenient! They have a drive through and the staff is SUPER friendly and make the visit delightful each time. Coffee is consistently great and they have BREAKFAST!!!
Just wish it was a bit bigger due to the traffic when it gets busy, but it’s a small complaint.

The new La Boulange treats are fabulous! Try the tomato croissant and the Spinach … Yum!!!
Not crazy about the remodel. Too cramped and haven’t been able to find the croissant squares anymore. Those were my favorite.

Every time I travel, I make sure to make a pit stop here. They always have a smile on their face and thank God I’ve never had to wait long for my drink. This is of course your typical Starbucks so it has everything all the other ones do. This one is clean and their bathrooms are clean too. Get your joe here!

They will no longer offer the hidden menu. To the end they won’t blend my biscotti into my drink… Allergens are an issue I suppose but I feel that if you have mixers for nuts and one without you can avoid this issue. Just seems like the staff is trying to not work hard. Rare poor customer service for Starbucks.

This Starbucks is probably one of the best I’ve been to! The store itself is clean, the majority of the time. A couple times I’ve come in and some of the tables were dirty, but who knows, the people could have left a minute before I walked in. It’s usually not too packed, but then again, I try to avoid it early mornings. When the drive thru is busy, more often then not they’ve either apologized immensely for the wait, or even put my drinks on the house. The employees are a generally happy group. I understand people have their bad days, so I usually blow off bad attitudes, since it happens so rarely. I tried applying here once, around November, and went in to talk to the manager about it. She seemed pretty rude, but I haven’t seen much of her since that day, and the employees rarely act that way. Over all a good Starbucks. I’ll continue being a regular there!

They’ve stepped up their game I guess. Haven’t had to get a drink remade in a long time. There are some less than friendly staff but overall it’s been a more pleasant experience to grab a latte at this location.

This is my local Starbucks. I tend to hit this place up before heading to work. Since I’ve been here a 100 times, it’s hard for me to really say much about getting in quick, as I’m used to driving around the Pavillion’s Center/​Walmart parking lot; meaning it’s not easy to get in and out of. The staff always say hello when I walk in. It’s always clean and tidy. So far, they have always had the extra’s I like to order; protein boxes and salads so I’ve enjoyed going here. It’s not a higher end store, but they seem to get drivers like myself in and out of the drive thru fairly rapidly. It meets my expectations every time.

This location has a drive-thru…but if you use a reuseable cup for a fancy drink, they still use a disposable cup until you get to the window. Go inside instead if you want to not waste.
The staff seemed a bit distant and not too customer friendly. In fact, the barista seemed a bit impatient with me while I was deciding how to make my however-​you-​want-​it Frappuccino.
Overall, nothing too noteworthy, but does the job.

Wah! The local coffee house I used to visit when I was in this area went under! Bah!
Well, a man has gots to have his mocha, if you know what I mean. Hmm. OK, that sounds dubious at best.
Anyway, I went to the local Starbucks instead after discovering the local independent was gone. Service was actually friendlier than the last time I visited a Starbucks. But the coffee was not up to even Starbucks normal standards. Espresso in my mocha was off… did they change their espresso roast since my last visit to this chain? Or was it just burnt or something? Is Starbucks losing consistency?
