For the fourth time I’ve ordered a 25 count of muchkins assorted with no powdered and for the 4th time in a row they’ve loaded it up heavy on powdered muchkins. They don’t give an eff and I hate their guts. I’d drive across town to Walters’ DD at grant & swan before I give these dillweeds my moolah. I also wondered why their hash browns were shiz and then I saw them microwave my hash browns and breakfast sandwich. This DD is a big bag of barf.

More often than not, the employees will arrange your donuts in a bag in such a manner that the chocolate comes off of one donut and sticks to the other. To top it off, several of the employees at this particular location need extensive training on: World Class Customer Service Communication Skills

Solid location. Food and coffee are what I would expect from DD, nothing new there. Staff pretty friendly, fast service, even in the drive through. I’ve been back here a few times and will continue to do so(as long as it’s open).

New locations get hit hard on ratings. Bad parking lot but not THAT bad. When the smoke clears it’s friendly workers donuts and coffee… Oh and wifi. I’ve been there 5 times and never a problem.

The place looks new and beautiful. The service lackluster. Our coffee was made with with too much cream and sugar, when we kindly asked to have the coffee re-made the staff obliged but their faces, eye-rolling, sigh, and such spoke volumes of how happy they were to serve us.

Parking lot is a disaster area(very tight parking that leads to a dead end). Very hard to see the selections as the employees walk in front of them. Cashier was impatient(at one time I had to say that I couldn’t see the selections and to give me a second). When I got home I discovered that instead of a chocolate frosted donut they gave me a chocolate cake donut(was trying to decide my second donut when they got that one. Many selections were unavailable. I should have gone elsewhere

As a former Dunkin’ Donuts employee, I recommend anyone who wants to come here, DON’T. The REAL reason why they«run out» of donuts is because the manager himself is the idiot by telling his employees to not make anymore donuts. Therefore, that’s why DD doesn’t have anymore by the time the later afternoon — evening. Also, yes I do agree with the whole running out of supplies but that’s because all the manager does is sit in the office and fiddle with the computer. I apologize to anyone who has to deal with such an irresponsible, discrimination, priss poor excuse for such a fast food joint. Definitely thankful I got the hell outta there when I did! Lmao! If it were possible to give zero stars, I would!

This place isn’t bad like everyone is saying. The employee was very nice, it was clean and the donut’s were good. The price for a refill is only $ 1.00. You can’t beat that. The only beef I have is the music might be a little too loud and doesn’t fit the location, but nice. Would come again.

This is THEWORSTDD I’ve ever dealt with. First let me say, I’ve given them multiple chances before writing this review(in hopes that it was a fluke or bad day), but this store is obviously not managed properly(every time I’ve gone into it or tried the drive thru they are out of at least one thing I’d like to order). One evening they had nearly no donuts at all so we walked out. This morning, no flatbread for the new sandwiches they advertise heavily on TV. On top of this, the employees and managers act very rude and talk over you yelling instructions while you’re trying to order. Needless to say, when we did get donuts the one time here, they tasted stale(I bought them mid day, so they shouldn’t have been stale!) and we will not be giving any more chances. Sad because it’s not far from me and I prefer DD coffee over others. Get it together folks!

The only reason why I kept going to this place, despite all of the problems I’ve had, is because the coffee prices are lower than Starbucks, and they also give you a free donut with a coffee purchase if you do a survey. However, I’m so sick of the problems, that I would rather pay $ 2 extra to go somewhere with more consistency and respect for their customers. Every morning, I get the same latte and donut, and every day, the latte tastes different, and my donut is a different size. Some days the latte is good, some days it isn’t. Some days my donut looks like a normal size donut, and other days its super thin or really small. The consistency just isn’t their with their products as well as the friendliness of their staff. This morning, I paid for my coffee, and like an idiot didn’t check my change. While I was at work, I pulled out my money and realized she had only given me $ 1 back instead of $ 6. I immediately called the store, the first two times I called there was no answer, finally the third call a lady answered and said I’d have to come in two days from today when theanager is there. Its as simple as fixing an error. I work in customer service and if the wrong amount of change has been given back, then just give it back. Especially since I go there almost every day. Which now, I will not be returning.

I was so exited to have a dunkin d. In our neighborhood… but the employees are VERY rude. Specially this older man at the drive thru today at 1pm Dec/06/14. Screw it! I will just drive down to Ina and go to Donut Wheel like always.

I honestly do not understand these negative reviews. I have been many times since this DD opened and have never experienced any problems. The employees are always friendly and do what they can to keep the lines going. The last item I ordered was the iced pumpkin coffee and it was delicious! For a medium drink it’s around $ 2, compared to Starbucks at $ 5.

I was really excited this place was coming to the area… until we actually ordered from here. The employees are rude and less than helpful. Iced coffee is never made right, out of basic donuts on a Saturday. How do they expect to stay in business when this is what customers can expect.

This DD is all fucked up. There are abrasive employees and they have a inconsistent way of service. Sometimes the take your coffee order while your still in line, Sometimes they give you a number and you wait to be called, other times you give them your name and they call it out. every coffee order need clarification everytime. I ordered an iced coffee(as usual) and the cashier need to make sure you didn’t want a latte, or a coolatta or something. ordering is stressful and the employees don’t work as a team. Hate it

I was so excited to have a DD close by but I’ve been there 3 times and they have ALWAYS been out of glazed donuts. I’ve gone on different days and different times and they’re still our. How is it possible that a donut shop runs out of glazed donuts? That’s like Starbucks running out of coffee! Come on people, get your act together! When you run a business and you know there are popular donuts and you’re always out of them wouldn’t you think of making more than needed to prevent the problem? Poor poor poor management. Highly disappointed.

Ugh. Don’t bother with this place. Very long line at the drive through. I can deal with that. Had to repeat my order three times. The mic must not work because he said he just couldn’t hear me. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, he kept asking if I said grilled cheese. I asked for a glazed donut, he thought I said sprinkles. I asked for an iced coffee, he said that they were out of the sweetened but if I add sugar myself it would be the same. I tried to pay with a fifty dollars bill, surprise, they«can’t take those. «The food was good but not good enough to endure that again.

My experience with this new Dunkin Donuts was negative literally from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. It’s a Saturday morning, so it was a madhouse. The parking lot is small and narrow, and if you pull all the way in looking for a spot, you basically end up stuck. It was awful. Once we were in, I had ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. The worker was rude when I was asking if cream was included in the French vanilla coffee. Then, once I got my food, I realized she had charged me for TWO sandwiches, neither of which were the one I had actually ordered. The whole thing was a mess, and I hope it’s just because they are new… But I think I’ll just stick with Einsteins.

Opening day was crazy! long lines at the drive thru and out the front door. The parking situation was less than ideal. But the donuts are good! The Oreo cream filled is incredible when served warm! And the munchkins are the perfect size(FYI, minimum you can buy is 4). Great service and great food!
