I really do enjoy this place. There are several scents that I just adore. They have greatdeals and amazing customer service. They have subtle fragrances they make for you, and even bath salts that are infused with whatever scent you like. I spray my sheets every night with the number 4 scent. Soft, infused with sea shore sort of scent. Very relaxing.
The lotions they have are wonderful, subtle scents, and sext scents. Give it a try.

My review is based on an online order I’d made in October but I do my in-​store shopping at the Calle Santa Cruz location. I had called Customer Service in regards to a free tote bag I didn’t receive and was promised to receive during the month of November. After several transfers back and forth to various departments, I finally spoke with a fabulous rep named Apryl. She was AWESOME and despite their inability to locate any tote bag in my order history (I’ve placed MANY orders recently for Christmas gifts) or any tote bag that I’d seen and described, she and her manager were kind enough to send a replacement (not the one I was expecting) but still a very nice canvas bag that will be part of my Christmas gifts this year. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! And very friendly staff both online and in the store! Always going out of their way to help me out whenever I need assistance. ALL businesses should have as helpful and friendly staff that Bath & Body Works employs!

I go here to get C.O. Bigelow shaving cream, the «dude» smells, and wallflowers for my office. The staff are friendly and they always seem to have what I want in stock. Of course the pricing seems a tad high, but for how my skins feels after showers compared to generic brand soaps, I’ll pay it.(Plus if you plan your shopping on sales days, you’ll save a ton of money)
Sometimes I do feel a little pressured by the sales people here, but I guess that’s expected at a retail store, it’s not really a bad thing, I just like to shop at my own pace. All in all, this is a great BBW and I’ll continue to support this location.

I can’t believe they stop selling my midnight pomegranate that was my absolute favorite; came in thinking I was going to be able to stock up to my dismay they no longer sell it nor are they selling Malibu heat. They do have a pretty good special going by three get two free I’m still a little sad about the midnight pomegranate but I was able to try out some of the new scents such as Hawaii Oahu those are great!

If Heaven has a scent, it has to be like walking into a Bath and Body Works! I want my entire house to smell like this, absolutely lovely! Not only does it smell amazing here but the staff is supremely friendly and knowledgeable! I asked for linen spray and even though they don’t carry it they had a pillow spray. Now in this entire store they only carried 1 pillow spray and the lady working that evening knew exactly where to find it! Amazing!
