Very good products and cleanest store, the staff is very friendly and accommodation, I like this much better than Tucson MALL Wetmore.

I shop at Sephora often and enjoy most of the products I find there. The last few times that I went to the spectrum location inside the JCPenny the sales associates were so rude. Nobody comes up to you asking if you need assistance. They all stand behind the cash registers talking to each other instead. The last few times I had to go up to the sales associate and ask for help. Which is something I’m not used to. I shop at MAC often and they are always so helpful.
I noticed as well that the area where they offer makeovers was a mess. Used brushes laying out and dirty Kleenex on the counter.
I will not be back to this location. I’d rather drive into the city or just go to MAC.
