I love visiting this shop. I’m always greeted and asked if help is needed, but given space when desired. The manager is good at making sure her staff is attentive and is knowledgable at how to dress up or down the clothes here. It’s easy to ask questions and get help straight away. My favorite part of this location are the clothes of course… they have most items you are looking for, last season and current. Sales here are phenomenal! Really grateful Tucson has a location like this, classy, large, and really everything you need in staff. There is no arguing why you come here and that’s the amazing clothes and stunning statement pieces.

I went to this location recently, actually the past two days bc I loved some items that I wanted to purchase and came back to buy them. When I called the store yesterday and was at a plaza across knowing that they close at seven. Ran out of my meeting to purchase an item that I placed on hold that day. The person who answered was completely rude and absolutely discouraged me from going shopping there. When I arrived to make my purchase few minutes post closing time they had a customer in there shopping and when I called saying I will be literally two minutes late they said that if I won’t be there exactly at seven that I can’t buy my hold item. I was baffled to the measurement of disregard and the audacity that this so called key holder/manager had. I hope they fire her. On top of that I received bad service the day before. Some of the staff there is absolutely terrible and should not be working in retail if they don’t or can’t get along with other woman.

I do love BCBG but this location was a little underwhelming. There was an incredibly tall Asian woman in platform shoes as the sole salesgirl. I would hardly call a 6’4 ’ hyperpituitary woman a girl. Perhaps this season isn’t for me, baggy, blousy, knit leggings or fake jodpurs. I don’t know but I can’t wear that to work without feeling silly. The sale section was too small. More smaller sizes than the average BCBG. That was good. In all, the exiting scene summed up my experience-as I was leaving, a 50 year old woman pushed a stroller into the store with a barking pekinese strapped in. Just Fabulous!
