Had a uncomfortable experience with the staff of the Park Place Mall location. Since my original review on 1÷13÷16, I have been in touch with the head person, and we have resolved my specific issue. I no longer have a problem with them.

It’s the high pressure sales that turn me off. I normally do not let myself buy into this but the man, Franchico, kept on and on. This was at the La Encatada Mall in Tucson, AZ. He showed me a product that appeared the hide the lines next to my eyes. I was amazed! He never stopped selling, though. After I got out of there with many other offers for products, I didn’t look back. I considered returning the product but then saw on the receipt: No refunds! Only exchanges! I am using the product but can’t tell if it works any differently than other products I have for less the cost.
