The girls at MAC are so cute and sassy– they make me laugh and feel youthful I enjoy shopping at MAC; the employees know a lot about the products and are great with matching tones and colors!

MAC has a legit lipstick line, no doubt about it. I’m not super into theatrical makeup, so I’ve never ventured into their foundation lines, although, now I’m sure they make lightweight foundations. Eye shadow colors are badass too. Every MAC store at every mall seems to be crazy busy and this one is no exception. It seems like under staffing might be the issue at this particular location. If know you exactly what you’re looking for, then you’re in the clear. But if you need some extra attention and assistance, I say good luck! It’s not fun to go makeup shopping and have moody people «helping» you pick a lipstick color. Perhaps making an appointment and paying the $ 50 for a consultation might yield better results/​customer service. Alas, I’ll continue to shop here for lipstick… the colors are just too good.

This store was out of half of what I wanted to purchase-​extremely disappointing since I’ve got to drive an hour. It was an absolute zoo with young ladies preparing for prom. Customer service was decent though and I love MAC products.

Check my makeup box and all you’ll find is MAC makeup. Why? I love the quality of their product and color pigments of their eyeshadow. They have some amazing color pallets. Everything else has been really good to my face; never heavy and never oily. The girls there are very helpful in answering any questions you have about makeup. I came in to get my makeup done for a wedding. Even though I use some of the products, she still went over everything she used, why she used it and why it was better for my skin. She mention any new products that were out. Of course I came out flawless for photos. But any MAC counter I’ve gone to the girls are all like this. I know that they go through training all the time to keep updated with their products and all of them are talented in doing makeup. It just makes you feel great knowing that you’re buying products from someone who knows about what they’re selling.

I am a makeup artist that has been in this industry for 20 years. This particular store is the least capable for handling professionals. Go to Scottsdale or Phoenix if you want to be treated properly. The poor handling of THEIR mistake will ensure that I will never return to this location.

Love this make-​up ! Today the girl who waited on me was very nice and showed me new product and tried some stuff on me so u could see it on. She was very helpful and nice ! The last time I went to this store the girl was not very nice and didn’t seem like she wanted to help me. Glad I got good help today ;)

Some of the staff is rude and the others are as amazing as they come. The makeup is fantastic and worth the investment, especially the makeup brushes. Like some people with tools, cars or comics, some of collect and/​or love makeup and this is a fun place to spend that pretty penny.

I left the guy at the Apple store and walked over to MAC to buy another Fix. They were getting ready to close, but were still happy to show me new products and shades. I only bought the thing I came for (surprise, surprise) but was informed that I could recycle 6 MAC «plastics» (empty containers) of any kind. .. eye shadow, fix, lip glass and get a free product. I think the free one is a lip glass. I’m sorry I was already thinking about what empty MAC containers I had at home.
Also, you can sign up with your name & number and they keep a record of your shades. I know my Fix number by memory, but this is really convenient for eye shadows and such.

The Make up speaks for itself. But the employees here at this location are absolutely the best .They all know you by name and alot of the times they remember the last thing you purchased. I remember I was looking for a certain red lipstick and the girl took her time and helped me try on over 4 different lipsticks till i found the right one. You can make an appointment and they will help you find your look weather its fall or summer. and they can also custom create a style just for you and show you how to work it. The mall this mac store is located in is also amazing .the shopping experience will be the best.
