This place has it all! A virtual candy store for those looking for any skin care product known to man. Super helpful staff. The gal for Trish MCEvoy is an expert at makeovers and if you are looking for hair, skin or body products– Alex with Moroccan Oil is your guy. Will be back for sure!

I have become friends with the ladies who work here… Darla, Mary and Nona! They are so helpful, non-​salesy, professional women who make the shopping experience stellar! I stop by just to say hi! They are very knowledgable and offer touch ups and new application tricks! It is a lady’s instant feel-​good spot. The products they carry are the best. If you haven’t tried Trish Mcavoy’s Sexy 9 fragrance… get ready to experience some yumminess! I haven’t tried their spa services yet, but I hope to soon!

If you want to be stalked and not able to feel comfortable while looking around then THIS is the place for you. I felt like i couldn’t even looking at anything without all three associates breathing down my neck not to mention they try to «sell» things to you that you don’t even want or need… not for me!

I was feeling a little down today so a nice walk through La Encantada is always a remedy for an easy perk up. Beautiful day, lots of folks walking with all sorts of dogs. They always welcome when you stop to ask about their dog. Starting to feel much better. Walked into all the clothing stores. Nothing that I needed, continued upstairs and stopped into Blue Mercury. I have been here a few times in the past. Todays experience was a huge 5 star experience. I was not looking to get any more make up. One of the lovely ladies came up and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I really wasn’t. Just a fun way to just browse at the amazing selection of products. She asked if she could do a little eye make up” thingy”. I had the time and felt a little niceness on someone’s part would make me feel even better. Suddenly two ladies tended to me. By the time I left the store, I made two best friends forever. I have never met 2 ladies so kind and fun to be around than Randee and Angie. They fussed over me like I was a queen. They didn’t even expect me to buy anything. It was just like us girls knew each other from another lifetime. The products they have are the best you can get anywhere. All boutiquey brands, I certainly will come here for my next excursion to the mall. When I got home my hubby even noticed that I looked a bit different. You know men, you can walk naked in front of them and they don’t notice. Only kidding. They even have a skin therapist there as well. Also, I believe they might do waxing. All in all, it is so worth stopping in here for a real treat!!! Thanks Randee and Angie for the nice lift you gave me.

I’m just a couple of years shy of the big 3 – 0 so investing in those any-​aging serums, lotions and potions has been looming over me for quite some time now. I spontaneously walked into Blue Mercury after a meeting the other day and left happy as a clam. I spent about 40 minutes with Hillie, one of their estheticians. INTERESTING FACT: Blue Mercury only hires estheticians to work the floor, so you’re guaranteed to talk to an expert in the field. Anyway, Hillie blew me away. She thoughtfully answered all of my questions and she didn’t try to up-​sell me, which is huge. Knowing your product is the name of the game, and Hillie new all of them! They carry several skincare lines, and thats a lot to remember and most importantly knowing how to match the right product for your customer. I could’ve easily walked out of there with an entire collection of stuff, but Hillie didn’t let me. Interesting right? She instructed me to follow her basic program for a few weeks and get into a regular rhythm instead of buying a whole bunch of stuff I may not use or really like. I was also given samples to test out at home. Personalized customer service is rare these days, luckily it can be found at Blue Mercury. In addition to skincare products, Blue Mercury also carries makeup, spa products, body lotions, candles, and essential oils. There’s too much great stuff in this little store! They also offer facials. Can’t wait to go back for part two of my skincare lessons and of course to get a facial.

Nars, Bobbi Brown, Kiehl’s…these brands are skin & makeup mana. All are available online, though, with much less hassle. The service here makes the snotty Rodeo Drive crew who dissed Julia Roberts look like Mother Teresa types. The products I wanted were out of stock, and the snotty salesperson not only offered no information about when they would be available, but also did not offer alternatives. Her facebook status seemed more important. Get over yourselves and hire staff who care. We do notice, and are shopping elsewhere.

I love this store! The girls are all very helpful and know a lot about the different lines they carry. I prefer buying my Nars and Laura Mercier here over Nordstrom because it’s much less crowded. They carry a number of different high end skin care lines, Tocca fragrances and amazing candles as well. I’ve gotten fantastic service every time I visit. Their skin therapist Regina is amazing also!
It’s funny that some people would complain about the prices in a high end boutique located in La Encantada. Maybe they don’t realize that kind of comes with the territory… however, the brands usually set the prices anyway, and my Nars blush is the same price there as it is anywhere else. If you want cheap, Bath and Body Works can be found at the Tucson Mall.

My friend and I stopped by last week in search of new make up. We were greeted by Mindy and after telling her my needs, she had me in the chair and working on me within a couple of minutes. She was great, super helpful and not pushy at all. They also have a salon in the back for skin services so I inquired about an eyebrow wax. Regina was able to accommodate me right away, while Mindy helped my friend with her make up. Regina was very thorough and did a great job!
They carry great brands like Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Skinceuticals just to name a few. They were out of the foundation color that my friend needed so Mindy gave her some samples to tide her over until a new shipment arrives.
