Great service and professionalism is always exhibited by thier staff! Affordable prices… Geat value & quality of merchandise! Today my wife & I purchased footwear and our sales associate Bob, who was fantastic to work with! Keep up the excellent work Big 5 Oro Valley! We appreciate being your customers throughout the years! Although it is disappointing to have to drive right past the Big 5 on Ina (due to thier below standards lack of customer service), in order to receive genuine professional superior customer service! Located on the corner of La Canada Dr. and Lambert Ln. This is a little smaller than some of the other stores but still manages to fit it all in. It is very clean and new looking. The employees here are friendly and very eager to help. Parking is never an issue and usually we park right outside the front doors.
