I’ve been shopping off and on at this store for about 4 years now. This store is pretty clean and has some pretty reasonable prices on some items. It’s a nice store to just browse and pick up a few things. Not too many people and pretty quiet. Staff seem to be helpful if and when you have a question. I have shopped at the other Big Lots on Ina Rd and on the East side of Tucson. Just don’t care for them too much. This store on Oracle Rd seems a bit larger, and I find more stuff. They have a mixture of items from food, garden, home, toiletries, cleaning, etc. It’s a step up from the more cheesy dollar stores. At least I can walk around without having to step over obstacles and dealing with screaming unsupervised brats running every where.

Very nice clean store with lots of parking available. The cashier is very friendly and helpful with a smile on her face. I have come into that store a few times and she makes you feel welcome. Isles are in order and shelves look clean. At big lots you never know what you will see but overall this store is nice and convenient to get to from where I live.

I find myself in the Big Lots more often than I would like. There is something so irresistible about a bargain. I often hit the«Lots» before going to another store on the Oracle strip like Target, Wal-Mart, PetsMart, Office Depot. If I am looking for a specific item and I find it at lots, then I have saved myself money. However, I usually come out with arm-loads of junk I had not planned to buy(I never seem to use a shopping cart there). The place is well-organized now. They have really turned it around and tried(their best) to put prices on things. The wait at the check-out is interminable. I find minutes, seemingly hours, slipping by while I wait for the one incompetent sales clerk to check me out. If you do not have patience, don’t even try to shop here.
