Blue Chip repaired two computers for me in the last three weeks. They performed diagnostics and made recommendations that helped me stay within my IT budget. I am extremely happy with the performance of both machines, and with the timely matter in which the repairs were executed.

Disappointed. They claimed to have fixed my computer but the same problem keeps occurring. If I didn’t feel like the money had been wasted, it would’ve been good value for the service. Staff is friendly, though, but a smile doesn’t keep my computer running.

Nothing but good things to say. Took my computer in on a Monday because the registry was corrupted. They had it back to me on Thursday running properly and even faster than before. Price was reasonable and well worth it. I would refer this company to anyone needing computer repair.

These guys are excellent and honest business-​people. They are reliable, prompt, and never upsell unless they think it’s something you might really benefit from, like adding more memory to a computer to extend its usable life and save you money in the long run. I’ve been going there since they have been in business (mid-​to-​late 90s).
